They offer a wide selection of products, and I have never walked into a Target store without finding what I needed. Compared to many other retail stores that use mobile apps, Target has one of the better apps. The app works seamlessly and shows you what is or isn't in stock and the aisle where the product is located, which is very helpful.
However, my only complaint does not involve my experience as a customer. Instead, it is regarding the condition of the staff. When I hear the managers speak to their staff, through their walkie-talkies or even face to face, they always seem to have a degrading tone towards anyone they talk to. I could be completely wrong, but big corporations are not notorious for viewing their staff as anything more than a means to their paychecks.
Regardless, my needs as a shopper are usually met. There may be slight inconveniences here and there, but every place could be better. It would be helpful to see the self-checkouts remain open or increase the number of cashiers working. The idea of reducing theft is excellent; however, if this is a concern, don't allow customers to steal up to a certain amount while you build a case. Doing this shows that there is a limit on how much one can steal and receive no repercussions.”
