I couldn’t be happier with my experience here today. Something as simple as getting new tires somehow isn’t simple anymore these days. Unless you get lucky like I did and find a shop like this. They accommodated my needs, gave me options and took their time to answer any questions and concerns. I’m not the kind of person that writes reviews, but I felt my service today warranted a sincere thank you.

They are very unprofessional when I call.I overheard one of their representatives and if I was a old angry customer calling about a check engine like that is very unprofessional like and they are the only AutoShop around that will not reset to check engine code.They want a charge you for work that they don't even do

Tony and his staff are fantastic from scheduling to repairs. I have taken my vehicles here for many years and always will. They keep an open line of communication and you are never left in the dark on the status of your vehicle. The repairs are always done in a timely manner and your vehicle is always treated as if it were their own. They do a tremendous job and I have never had a negative experience.

I had a problem with my truck steering. Big dealer wanted a arm and leg to just look at it. Called my friend James who works here said bring it to me. Took it to him found the problem , ordered the parts. Took it back all fixed for a whole let less. Everyone was as nice as they could be. Highly recommended this business.

Took my car in for state inspection. They scratched my rims and refused to compensate or repair the damage. Used to think they were honest but will never have work done here again And if you notice the owner will only comment on the good reviews not addressing the complaints. Lack of accountability seems to be a theme.
Absolutely lying in your response. I wasn't sending picture of previous damage, i sent pics of the damage i noticed right after picking it up. The car had been in an accident 2 years ago with minor damage done to the rear corner panel, which had been repaired. I didn't complain about the body of the car. I was very aware of the car's history and what had been done. I had several things completed by the dealership before purchasing the vehicle so i was very aware of every scratch and imperfection on the car. Those rims were not scratched before taking it to your shop. Perhaps the damage was done in your parking lot where i needed to keep my car for 3 days before i was able to pick it up. I wasn't worried about the stone chip i was questioning the scratches in the center of the rim. The fact you lied in your response is more evidence of your character.

They have very friendly staff and they seem to be very knowledgeable! They were able to repair my air conditioning faster than I anticipated! I'm sure happy that I didn't have to do it!! For anyone in the Easton Maryland area looking for an Auto Repair Shop, give them a try!!

Very helpful staff, we're able to answer emy multitude of annoying questions about getting my car inspected for registration. Got the car in at 8am, it was finished by noon, despite my appointment time not be in until 1pm, they got it finished before then.
