Dollar store staff get a bad wrap, given that they have some of the worst working conditions out there, often purposefully understaffed and overworked to make corporate more $.
But it's the biggest shopping weekend of the year, and the Easton Dollar Tree had at least 3 staffers on the floor. One greeted me when I came in, and she obviously meant it. The store was clean and the staffers were professional and supportive of each other as well as attentive to customers. Kudos to them for creating a fabulous shopping experience even on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Most of the staff are always friendly, have something nice or friendly to say at check out but the last two times I have visited the cashier ( she doesnt wear a nametag) I just know her as an older cranky black lady. Barks (literally) commands to every customer she encounters, I dont think customer service is for her

Even though prices increased 25 cents, still a big savings. Great cleaning products scented candles, savings on canned goods. Alot more good items.

Great place to shop on a budget. But the only reason why I would give it 4 stars is cuz Everytime I go in there, there is only one lane open so u have to stand in line forever.

Apparently it's ok to yell at customers to get out of your line when your light is on, and when the customer points out you should turn your light off if you're closed, it's considered getting an attitude. Then talking to other customers "I can give attitude right back" is so inappropriate, especially when everyone can hear you. No one gave her attitude, just pointed out she should turn her light off if she's closed (which she did, maybe she didn't realize it was on).
