“If you are shopping at Kohl's, Dawn is the one to help you. My husband and I went to buy him a suit for an upcoming trip and were totally lost. Dawn helped us through the whole process, the jacket, the pants, the belt, socks, boxers, a suitcase, a whole second outfit and extra shirts. Without her it would have taken hours but she listened to what we wanted, made sure everything fit properly, and had us in and out in a jiffy. I hope the company reads this and gives that Lady a raise. Her name is Dawn and she's a sweetheart.”

“It's the biggest shopping weekend of the year, and the Easton store was clean, fairly well stocked, and the associates were excellent!Two of them asked me if I needed help, one went across the store to bring me a cart.They were all attentive to their various jobs in the store as well as the needs of their customers. It made for a relaxed, cheery atmosphere for everyone in the store at the time.Kudos to the manager and their team this morning!”

“I find Target to be perfect for any of my shopping needs. They offer a wide selection of products, and I have never walked into a Target store without finding what I needed. Compared to many other retail stores that use mobile apps, Target has one of the better apps. The app works seamlessly and shows you what is or isn't in stock and the aisle where the product is located, which is very helpful.

However, my only complaint does not involve my experience as a customer. Instead, it is regarding the condition of the staff. When I hear the managers speak to their staff, through their walkie-talkies or even face to face, they always seem to have a degrading tone towards anyone they talk to. I could be completely wrong, but big corporations are not notorious for viewing their staff as anything more than a means to their paychecks.

Regardless, my needs as a shopper are usually met. There may be slight inconveniences here and there, but every place could be better. It would be helpful to see the self-checkouts remain open or increase the number of cashiers working. The idea of reducing theft is excellent; however, if this is a concern, don't allow customers to steal up to a certain amount while you build a case. Doing this shows that there is a limit on how much one can steal and receive no repercussions.”

“I've been to this store dozens of times, but today was an exceptional experience. I was fortunate to meet Joan who readily greeted me as I wandered endlessly looking what for what brought me in.She directed me to exactly what I was looking for, requested assistance to help me load up my heavy items, and all while she was hours past the end of her shift.There is a lot of teamwork and everyone is invested in the customer experience. This is very unusual in today's retail environment, unfortunately. I'm sure they're short-handed but you'd never know it.
