After staring at me and my boyfriend looking at engagement rings for a couple minutes and noticed we caught them, then they decided to greet us. Easton, MD is a great town with polite people, this place doesn’t belong lol to the young blonde that stared at us, lose weight before you start judging people

Spoke to a very nice lady about setting a loose diamond I purchased in a setting a currently had. I also needed to purchase another stone for another ring and have them all appraised. I returned later that day with the items I needed fixed. The jeweler was asked to come out and could not have been more rude!! As he was walking through the door, he was speaking about how busy he was. I by no means wanted it done that second and said I could leave it, but he said he wouldn’t do it!! He said he would not be responsible for a diamond he didn’t sell me and could not have been more rude. I’ll take it to Smyth where I had planned to go in the first place!!! I try to support local businesses but places like this makes it very hard!!!

A nice clean respectful store. Plenty of new and estate jewelry to choose from. Very well displayed. Employees are very helpful. I was helped no sooner than I walked in the store.

Just went there to inquire about a repair job for my wedding in two weeks (yes I know it’s super close but the place I usually go told me last minute they weren’t able to do it because their goldsmith was fired), I barely even got a word out when I’m assuming the owner completely dismissed me. I then asked if he could just take a quick look at the stone and rudely interrupted me and said “did you buy it here, no, then no I cannot”. I am in disbelief by this rude man. First time going into this store, was even going to look for a nice Christmas present for my fiancé but I absolutely refuse to step another foot into this establishment. Called Shearer down the road and according the the saleswoman this is not uncommon for this store. Disgusted is an understatement.

They treat customers like garbage, they gave us the wrong necklace back after a repair. When asked nicely about the mix up. The owner threw out some pictures and exclaimed he never makes mistakes. It was Saudi gold they worked on, its rare and distinct in color and quality, what was returned was common gold plated steel. It was a small chain not worth the headache in court, but everyone should know what kind of crook owns this place.
