“I came across Trade Whims on my search for Jellycat. I am in California, so I need to place a remote order. They picked up the phone very quick every time and they replied to my emails very quick. The shopping experience was so smooth that I think I have to leave this five stars review. If I can, I would like to give 10 stars! They left voice messages when I failed to pick up the phone, which most of the stores seldom do (In most cases, other stores seldom pickup the phones/ seldom reply emails/ if they reply, seldom within 1 hr/ they say they will investigate the issues but never do/ they say they will call back but never do). You will NEVER be treated like that at Trade Whims!!!! The customer service is extremely good, so much better than many of the stores I have purchased from. I placed my order on May 1st, I got my tracking number by email at the same day, and my items has already arrived today on May 3rd. Really enjoy shopping with Trade Whims. Wish you all the best :)”
