Amazing cheese and in my opinion the best! Even compared to French and most Wisconsin cheeses. The family is amazing as well! Keep up the awesome product , pure and hole sum, as it should be.

Enjoy this cheese! I cannot over-recommend this place. I tried their Amber Cheddar, washed in amber beer, after a recommendation from Whole Foods. I know this sounds nuts, but it is like a cross between a French Munster and a cheddar. That sounds impossible, but it works. It was awesome. Fortunately, the very next day, I drove by Easton on my my way to Ocean City. I stopped at the farm to buy whatever they had. (Until COVID is over, call first- don't just show up like I did.) The owner explained the cheeses they had and I bought 4, including a giant block of amber cheddar. Their blue cheese, Bay Blue, was awesome. It was a dense blue, more like an Irish blue (Cashel) than a French or Italian. It was incredible. I also bought a tomme-style cheese, I don't know the name, which was also beautiful. They also had another, strongish cheese (I don't see it on the website), that we devoured pretty quickly. Sorry, but we ate it in one go and threw away the label. I would, and will, buy all four of these cheeses before I buy any other. This farm is the best American cheese producer I have ever seen. I used to consider Grayson the best, but this was far more interesting. Any of these cheeses could stand up to their European counterparts. If you live in Philly, Baltimore or DC, visit this place and enjoy some world-class cheese. When I visited, the owner told me that Whole Foods sells more than just the amber cheddar, so ask about the others. I'm so happy to see an American farm making such great cheese. Try this and you will love it.

This cheese is exceptionally good. I ordered online and the cheese came perfectly packed, and chilled. It arrived earlier than expected. Customer service was excellent. Chapel's cheese is as good and better than many I have bought in gourmet cheese shops. I will definitely be back.

Miss the old owners, they stopped some of their best cheeses & no longer show to the farmers market, disappointing. Bring back the cheese!

Great cheese, I stopped in to try their cheese out, it is excellent. Great customer service, very friendly owners. We will buy more cheese in the near future.
