Well I love the store, but customer service really sucks, this lady who works at the register is so mean miserable, if u don’t like you job just leave!! She’s the only one !this been my 3rd time!

This place is truly worthless. They cancel online orders "for your security" and when you call they can't explain it and say it can take 24 to 48 hrs to resolve. Not ok if the sale will end soon.

Usually BJs food is cooked and well done.Sliders were over cooked tenders were cold fries barely warm. My grandson was so disappointed in their food. Not happy with them today?

If you are think about applying for a job at this store, please reconsider. I would only apply if you need a job. This place is merciless when comes to attendants. If you miss a single day, you always have to have a doctor note or it gets counted against you. And no, those days you missed never fall off. Three write ups and your gone. The pay really isn't worth it since everywhere else paying far more. If your a woman and wanted to be forklift trained here. Forget it. I have only seen men get trained here. Which is very disappointing when your told that everyone can be trained here. The managment is very bad and communication is very lacking. Plus, There is very little training at all. There a lot quid pro quo going on with management, which is causing a lot of employees to either put in their two week noticed or out right quit. I hope place can turn things around, however it's been going on like this for five years. Personally, I am tired of it.

The management and the customer service clerks at the Easton store lack common sense. Cannot listen to any customer who thinks logically. So very sad

This review is only about the customer service. We asked about keys we might have lost at BJ's, and the lady in the front told us straight no we didn't find any keys. We had to ask her to check in the back, and indeed there were our keys. This was our third time that we had to go back to BJ's after looking in other stores. If the staff member could spend a little time just looking in the back that would have saved everyone's time.

I gave them five stars only because of the Front End Manager, Deborah. She went above and beyond. My husband and I are thankful. We have our deck furniture. If it wasn't for her walking up when she did, we wouldn't have it. Her energy and reassurance made us comfortable and we didn't mind waiting. Her direction help the other worker understand the process. I hope in the future the other worker would have a better understanding how to handle situations such as ours.... her attitude was still great.It was only the first worker she asked... name beginning with a K...I won't throw her completely under the bus that had an attitude, like I don't want to help but... THANK GOD for Deborah.BJ's y'al better keep treating her right. ??
