I called a month ago about having my spark plugs changed, and he gave me a quote after I gave him my yr and model of my bmw. Then today I finally get the chance to come in to meet him about my car and when he sees me the first thing out his mouth is yeah. Not my I help you. Then I told him I was referred by someone, and he again says yeah what. Now I am feeling some type of way, but I stayed calm and asked him if he would work on my car. He asked what model. I told him he quickly said no, I don't work on those cars. I said ok thanks and started walking out, but then I remembered he gave me a quote a month ago. So I turned around and asked him to tell him that he gave me a quote on my spark plugs already. He says I don't care. I don't work on those cars." The first impression is everything, and he has the worst first impression and is rude. I wouldn't recommend going to him unless you feel the urge to put you fist in his face. It's just rude or at least to me.

Martin is the best I’m so grateful I found him! My x5 is a mess and he was able to change my brakes and oil a couple hours. He is honest and very helpful when it comes to managing my car. I will be back!!!!

If you want straight forward, honest advice on anything related to BMW on the eastern shore, there is no better place on the eastern shore than Bay Motor Works. They've been doing this for decades. They won't try to nickel and dime you. He'll tell you what you need and when you need it.
