The pharmacists here are so lovely and helpful, and they’re so much more efficient than a CVS or mainstream pharmacy. We use them for compounding a pediatric medicine and they ship it to us - they’re wonderful.

They tell you they're sending a medication out and "it'll be there tomorrow", well tomorrow never comes... twice. And meanwhile I now have a child who has gone 5 days without blood pressure medication. Absolutely ridiculous.

We have been using East Pines Pharmacy since a short time after they opened, I think 7 years ago. I find the prescription drugs they offer work for someone like me who is very sensitive to the various fillers other pharmacy offer for the "same" generic drug. East Pines is really committed to getting the best pharmacy products and good brand supplements. The staff is friendly.I trust East Pines to do what is best for our family's health and trust them to give us quality products with a friendly (currently masked) smile.!!!.

The staff was so professional and friendly. They helped my mother with somethings other pharmacists in the area don't do anymore because it wasn't "cost effective". They really do care about anyone who comes through their doors and I really respect that. They earned lifetime customers with my entire family!!!

When we first switched over from Giant Pharmacy, everything was going well, they delivered my son's important medication on time and even had early deliveries before we were close to running out. Until recently, we would run out of medicine early and they said they couldn't do anything about it that delivery would be two days later-- leaving me desperate to either find some place to compound medication or drive the 45 mins there and back for the medication. Definitely changing pharmacies after four occasions of this happening.

Great staff and super friendly and warm. Unfortunately, kindest doesn't equate to professional consistency in sending the same exact order out every month. We have to call every month to remind East Pines to send the automated order, and they've missed deliveries (despite calling to confirm we're all set) the past two months causing my daughter to miss a few doses of her medicine. Find another more reliable place for long term service.

I was suppose to pick my my medication on a tuesday but i called to see if it was ready and she lady on the phone said it wasn’t because they didn’t have it and they needed to order it. I said okay i’ll come tomorrow, so before i went there i called in to make sure it was ready TAYO told me yes it was and i can go get it anytime. I get to the pharmacy he tells me it’s not ready and he’s sorry he made a mistake he thought it was ready and that they could transfer to another pharmacy. He said they thought it was the cream, i said okay do you have the cream he says yes but the doctor has to prescribe it. I said okay can you guys call and ask them to change it because i dont have time to be doing to a different pharmacy. So they called the doctors officer i go to and they explained the situation and the nurse said she was going to get my doctor to change it. I got there 11:45 am and didn’t leave that place until 12:20 and i didnt leave with my medication. It was taking too long so i had to leave. I am so furious that i took time to call and they still told me the wrong information. They are unorganized and they wasted my time.
