Staff is very nice and welcoming but more than 3 times I have driven 15-20 to this salon for them to be closed or having a delayed opening. It's very inconvenient and shows poor management in my opinion.

I met the new owners the other day, let’s just say they are really unprofessional, the guy that is always in there creeps me and other woman out. They do not know how to manage anything on the computer or card machine. It’s just poorly ran altogether and there were leaves and dirt all over the floors of the salon with dead bugs all around the salon and beds. Lotion all over the walls and the mirrors are so smeared from either lotion or grease that also aren’t cleaned.

The level 4 bed was amazing & amazingly HOTT.. Just how I like it! Just wish I lived a lil closer to that location.. Thanks so much. See you all in Prince Frederick.

Called the PF location to see if they are part of the Dunkirk location and the owner answered. She was very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to use this place.
