I wish that I could review our agent, Lynn Bedard, separately from the estimators/adjusters. LYNN DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO HELP US MEETING WITH AS MUCH FRUSTRATION AS WE DID. She even filed our complaint about Caliber Collision as I sat there in her office since no one from State Farm headquarters had called us as she had requested. I WOULD RECOMMEND LYNN TO ANYONE. I wish I could recommend the claims people (estimators/adjusters) but I can't. After we presented photographic evidence that Caliber had done a very shotty repair job on our Sienna, they continued to push us to take the car back to Caliber rather than take it somewhere else. There was photographic evidence of an amateurish, sloppy welding job and rust already happening to the repairs. Ultimately it was another body shop that actually got the lift gate to function. The claims people called us on multiple occasions saying that the other body shop had called them and said they could not fix it; we confirmed that the other body shop had made no such calls. Ultimately, the car was fixed cosmetically but not structurally because the second body shop felt it was not fixable and we refused to waste any more time with Caliber. It had been EIGHT months. It was suggested by the second body shop that the car be totalled due to all the frame damage but State Farm refused being perfectly happy to put us in a car that looked nice but could be structurally unsound. So Lynn gets 5 stars; but the claims people get 1 (because I can't give them zero). I guess overall is a three.

I wouldn't give this agent even one star. I had to give him one star in order to provide this review. This agent doesn't care about keeping his customers. I found I have a huge deductible -- a huge change from what I started out with him. He will not call me back so we can discuss what happened and so I could make necessary changes for the future. I asked for him to call me. "Dave doesn't make phone calls during COVID." ??? I didn't know covid was contagious over the phone!!! I'm looking for a new agent. He doesn't want to take care of his customers. Then I find someone who wants my business.

Call Monday about our insurance home owner I told if I didn't like it fine another one we made a claim on the roof they turn it into 2 claims so I would have to pay two deductibles also the claim never came to house he did by a app call Birds Eyeview which would've been great if the photos weren't two years before the claim was ever made2018 not 2020 so they said damages were 900 .00 call to dispute was told they Would send another someone out to look at it it's been a week still haven't heard from anyone again like a good neighbor

Staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They insure our vehicles and home, which saves us money. They explain SF policies in an understandable manner, and recommend ways you can save on insurance.

Have been using State Farm for my auto and home's insurance for years. The ladies at the Dunkirk office are always very courteous and helpful towards my husband and I, there is a reason why we have stayed year after year.

Avoid this agents office at all costs. I have been a loyal State Farm customer for over 20 year in four different states. I have never had any issues until I moved to MD. Previously, I would have said State Farm was the best at customer service. I hope this is just a bad experience with one office.

Great service, phone is always answered right away by a real person and they start helping you right away. Helped me greatly through an accident where I was not at fault.
