I recently visited Sport Clips in Dunkirk, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. Kelsey, my stylist, was an absolute gem. From the moment I walked in, she put me at ease with her warm smile and down-to-earth demeanor. As someone who usually feels a bit anxious in barber shops (seriously, why do they always ask so many questions?), Kelsey’s approach was a breath of fresh air.
Instead of bombarding me with queries about my preferred style, she took charge. With confidence and expertise, she offered her opinion, and I trusted her judgment completely. And you know what? The result was nothing short of fantastic. My haircut turned out better than I could have imagined. Kelsey’s magic touch transformed my unruly mop into a stylish masterpiece.
But that’s not all. I decided to treat myself to the “MVP” experience, and boy, was it worth it. Kelsey pampered me like royalty. The hot towel treatment, the invigorating scalp massage—it was pure bliss. By the time I left, I felt like a new person. Relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to conquer the world (or at least my next Zoom meeting).
Highly recommend. ?
I have definitely found my new go-to place for haircuts!

Love the friendly service. Jessica does an amazing job to cut my hair . which can be difficult due to all of my calics but she always makes sure my hair looks perfectly laid right and takes her time to make sure my hair looks great before I leave .
Cleanliness: It is always very clean . they really take time in between clients to clean thier areas before the next client .
Stylist: Jessica jones is amazing ive been her client for years she always does an amazing job and I leave very satisfied with my fresh new cut .

I've been here a few times and the service has been great. The employees are friendly and are great to have a conversation with during an appointment. They also listen to how I would like my hair cut and work hard to get it right. The only issue is the wait times can get incredibly long.

Workers would rather wait 10 to 15 mins for the virtual people to show rather then cut the people in the waiting room. It’s either the staff or philosophy that needs to change but I am done with them.

Well, walked on there BEFORE 4 to get a haircut, there was literally 2 moms & oe kid running around the store. When attempting to sign in i was asked if i had signed in online. I said no. The girl tells me "well our wait time exceeds our open hours. I look up at the board it says biggest wait time is 38 minutes. There are 5 to 6 in there cutting hair. So i ask do i bother signing in. Another girl repeats the hours of operation and says come back tomorrow. Disappointed as had i signed in online they would have to take me. Thanks for the service, last I'll ever step foot in there. Guess they don't need it.

I think they do a great job. I personally go to Brittany and she does a fantastic job at listening to what a client wants and delivering a great finished product. She did such a great job I had to tip her $30. Brittany will not let u down. Tell her Andrew sent youPrice: $32

Rylee does a fantastic job with my 7 year old who doesn’t love a haircut due to some sensory sensitivity. He was shy and hesitant and first but Rylee has done an amazing job at ensuring his comfort and autonomy during his cuts. Plus side: his haircut looks great too! The other staff is very nice and it’s always clean and prompt when we go in there!

Rylee is the best! She is very kind and patient with my son every time we come for a haircut. He can fidget a lot so the fact that she is so patient with him is great!

Overpriced, especially for how low quality the haircut is. They are clearly inexperienced in fading and tapering.

I get hair cuts there for two years now and it's amazing every time! The hair cutters are very friendly and will help you out of you have any hair related problems.
