Drove 15 minutes to come this Sunday. waited 13 minutes for the place to remain closed. Called phone number on building but the voicemail box was full. Ugh the worst. SMH.

Guy was rather short with me, sighing while helping pick out a vape. Was rude about my daughter touching a coffee cup they sell at the front because “people buy them” … apparently people don’t wash cups before they use them?Whatever, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Iowan customer here; this place literally has the best house blends, service, and management team of any vape shop in the eastern half of the US.After moving away from east coast, they still outshine every other establishment I have frequented. ON TOP OF ALL THAT! The prices of their house blends is also second to none and just as high quality as name brand juices. The management team has always been polite, attentive and quick to respond. The service team in their Dunkirk store especially deserve a shoutout as even the experience of simply restocking on e-liquid became something to look forward to.Bottom line, its tucked out of the way, small business that has always done right by myself and the other customers I have run into.

I came here yesterday and saw a Maryland State Trooper out front. They were there to shut the place down due to the virus. I was the last one to be served before the shut down. Why the hell are vape shops being shut down during this? Does the government want me to pick up a real cigarette again - and pay the extra taxes? I don't want to go back to cigarettes after 8 years of none. Pleasant Vapes gets it, why not the smart a** politicians, and the cops. Just another reason the cops in Calvert are horrible!!!!!!!

Young man Spud was very knowledgeable and helpful. Web site needs a major update. Wish they carried more cigar flavored juice or the cognac line of liquid. Was my first visit and I’m new to the vape thing, but it’s a learning process. I was treated very well and he answered every question I had. Thanks Spud, love the Corn Pudding!

I've been a customer of this business for years and its only gotten better with age. I'm continually impressed and satisfied from the time I step in this store by the atmosphere and friendly demeanor of the staff, to the time I walk out with what I was looking for and not having to spend a fortune of time or money to get it. These stores run more efficiently than any other shop I've visited. Their "house" flavors are always top notch and affordable and a personal favorite. I've never had a bad experience in this store or any of their other locations and highly recommend checking them out. Keep up the good work!

Hummm. Not so pleasant. Hubby went in for vape today. Sales woman looked at him and then looked down without even acknowledging his presence. She decided to help the customers who came in after him, first. Really disappointing.
