My wife and I pulled 3 cards from the angel tree at church. I got elected to do the shopping for theaeb3 poor kids. One was 8 one was 5 and the other 13yo. I had no idea where anything was. I see a store employee and ask for help. Her name is Barbara H. She said wait a minute went and clicked out. She then proceeded to walk around for a half hour helping me get all the items on these kids with list. She could of just pointed areas out but no she took me to each area and helped me find the things the kids wanted. Employees like that are very hard to find. . Bless you Barabra H and thx for the help. Your bosses should be proud of you.

I brought items to exchange both with and without a receipt, from the holidays. I worked in retail for 20+ years and would have been "let go" if I treated people like I was treated here..The female manager in Dunkirk was neither pleasant nor happy. She quickly told me I would *NEVER* be allowed to exchange items without a receipt again but did I want to donate money to blah, blah? Heck no !I haven't set foot in in a Marshall's since August or September, and was exchanging for my entire family! Not returning items. Guess I won't be in that store again and will tell my extended family not to shop at Marshall's either.

It's no Loehmann's, but what is any more? Take your time, you'll find something! I think inprefer the newer location in Dunkirk, MD

If I can put no stars, I would. And if I can file a lawsuit against the store, along with a complaint against the store and managers meeting one in particular, I would. If you think of this store on a employee bases, it is not the place to work. The store is probably Fine all well and good as a customer, but as an employee, with my experience, I have had a few bumps in the road. And this whole 90 days thing is making it completely unfair for people that are depending on a paycheck to paycheck to make ends meet and having to support a family. I went through protocol and gave my resignation letter to Marshalls at this location and was hoping to return back, but because it was my second time quitting, and I left for the reason to save in hopes of buying a car, because the employees which I thought was the best place to work, but I was proven wrong. So when I went to apply bag, they tell me I was on able to work at that location ever again not hireable because I didn’t fulfill my two weeks notice when I did and because one of the managers probably had it out for me they put me in the system as non-reliable or lied for my results to Come out this way on fair

honestly if you have a son & trying to find boy shoes or clothes here go look somewhere else because the shoe section for kids is all girls you might find 1-2 pairs of boy shoes out of 200 shoes for for girls. the boy section is as small as a closet. it is so sad. the only plus about this place is the huge toy section but you have to search throw piles of other toys. just a waste of time going there.

Store is clean, never can find anything.I was in the store today around 5:30 pm walked to the fitting room area to try on pants and the young lady standing there was sucking on a lollipop. Unprofessional while on the clock and she didn’t even greet me.

It is Marshall's. You get what you find. Some.days are excellent, others are so so. I find that I can always find decent presents for others while shopping here. That is great of that was the only plus of shopping here. I can find better made clothing here by designer brands than I can at Walmart and the items being g the same cost. The quality clothing deals are at these stores not the BigBox store anymore.

I went because I was referred. I was greeted all went down afterwards. I'm assuming it was very busy that's probably why my service was so rushed and my pedicure was not thorough at all! I felt like it was a waste of money. If you need something quick it's OK.

Not the best customer service, but the store is pleasantly organized compared to how it was a couple of years ago. The prices are still fair, as one should expect at Marshall's, but there's really nothing to elaborate on. I can only critique the customer service and the layout of the store. When I visited yesterday, I went straight in to the back, to the garden section, and purchased some solar bulbs for my deck. I wasn't inspired to shop the rest of the store. It was more of an in and out type of deal. However, I think if the staff that I seen on the floor were more inviting with greetings to the customers, including myself, I may have shopped around a bit.
