“I should have written this review last year, but Its been hard to get myself together after the loss of my father. But Winona and her team were absolutely amazing. She arrived 24 hours after everything happened (well actually they removed the body that same day) But Winona herself walked with me step by step. She talked me thru the entire process, and had contacts for everytihng I needed. I literally only had to reply to things, I didnt have to "think" becasue I was in no place to. And the day of my fathers service the woman who helped me ( I wish I could remember her name), but she was so wonderful. She really pulled me thru the hardest day of my life. I have alreay updated my advance directives, and will ONLY be using this funeral home for myself and everyone I know will be recommended to them. Thank you for everything.”
