“My wife and I pulled 3 cards from the angel tree at church. I got elected to do the shopping for theaeb3 poor kids. One was 8 one was 5 and the other 13yo. I had no idea where anything was. I see a store employee and ask for help. Her name is Barbara H. She said wait a minute went and clicked out. She then proceeded to walk around for a half hour helping me get all the items on these kids with list. She could of just pointed areas out but no she took me to each area and helped me find the things the kids wanted. Employees like that are very hard to find. . Bless you Barabra H and thx for the help. Your bosses should be proud of you.”

“All of the regulars love Ms. PJ at the pharmacy, honestly. In line today someone was on the phone while checking out. The person on the phone call asked," is that ms pj working?" Then proceeded to chat with her too. She's always such a joy, so warm and welcoming. It's the reason I'm there over any other competition in the area. Somebody get that woman a raise, they don't make employees like her anymore!”

“I’ve been a Tractor Supply customer for years. As is my whole family. I normally do t leave detailed reviews. But this has bothered since my visit yesterday 7-28-24. I was introduced to the four Health dog food a few months ago and have been extremely satisfied with it. A very nice gentleman told me about the product and I have continued to use it making weekly visits to Tractor Supply to re-up on my dogs Dog food. My husband, son and I stopped by yesterday after lunch to pick up a bag of dog food because we are leaving to go to Florida at the end of the week and need to Stock up On food.. We walked in Grabbed our dog and went to the only customer service Counter open. A young gentleman named Justin was working that cash register My husband put the bag of dog food on the counter just proceeded to pick up the bag of dog food and aggressively slam it back on the counter after flipping it over To expose the barcode. After slamming the bag of dog food on the counter that I had Yet to pay for He asked me with an aggressive tone. Do I have a phone number and put it Never making eye contact with me, asked me while I had $40 cash in my hand stretched out to him. Are you paying cash or Card. He then snatched the money out of my hand.. aggressively handed me my receipt and said absolutely Nothing else. This was noticed by three customers Behind me in line And my 11-year-old son who could not stop talking about why boy treated me this way.. I’ve been in customer service for Over 20 years And understand people just have bad days But as a parent in this tough world trying to teach my son how to treat people I Obligated to express my opinion on this most recent Encounter.. I will continue to remain a loyal customer and enjoy stopping in to Tractor Supply, but I really hope Justin has better days Ahead.”
