I can't even count the number of times they mark my tracked mail as delivered and it doesn't actually get delivered until the next day or in one case over a week later! Also the number of times thst mail just....isn't delivered to our street at all (like today, did our postal worker take an extended labor day holiday? Service was supposed to resume on Tuesday and yet). Recently they lost one of my packages once it got to the Dundalk post office facility and it was never located. I am so freaking DONE with the Dundalk post office. DONE.

First off there rude personal here. Second they dont even know there poster 7 policy that allows us to record them in there public duty. An its a constitutionally protected activity. Called the cops thinking they can trespass me for recording.

Paid to mail a package 3-2-24. The estimated delivery date was 3-5-24. As of today 3-8-24 the package is still at this location. If you have a business where you ship items I wouldn’t go here. They will have your package sitting there with no updated delivery date once the original delivery date has passed.

Totally unprofessional and incompetent! I don't even know where to begin. They lie about mail/packages being delivered. They have VERY poor customer service and communication skills. I believe USPS will literally hire anybody at this point. Where is the standard? And why are these issues not being addressed when the MAJORITY of customers feel this way? Learn to take pride in your work! If the job and working customer-facing positions aren't for you, then leave IMMEDIATELY! Whoever is running the Dundalk branch needs to clean house or implement some serious training AND corrective action where needed. Tighten up on loose yourself from your workplace misery!!! ZERO STARS if I could!!!!!!!!!!

Our usual postman must be on vacation and the one filling in doesn't get here until 8:30-9:30 at night and leaves my package out in rain and places on the ground instead of putting them on my porch 2 days in a row

If I could give zero stars I WOULD !!! Been waiting on a package and today it finally says delivered at 12:47pm. I go to my door only to find NO PACKAGE… thought maybe they delivered it to the other side (turners station) but NO. Ran into the mailman and he didn’t know WHAT i was talking about and even called someone to see if another was out doing package drop offs. The one star would be for him attempting to help but this isn’t the first incident I’ve had with Dundalk USPS. Someone higher up needs to come in and do a full renovation of that office site because it’s ridiculous.

Please stop sending substitutes to Turner Station (Day Village)! North & South Avondale are different houses with the same number. If our regular guy is off you need to tell the other driver to make sure we get our packages. N & SMr. Mar is #1 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

How about knocking on a door when attempting a delivery that needs a signature instead of leaving a note in the mailbox saying I wasn't here? Mail delivery has been spotty over the years. The guy who did my passport was good though.
