I bought a Pyne pod vape 2 days ago and today it just stopped working and it’s fully charged and shows full as far as juice so I called and explained to the girl and even told her they can check it cause it’ll show it’s full it just won’t let me hit it and was advised no and there’s nothing they can do. I have been coming here since they opened and referred so many people here and I purchase more than just vapes here so to be told there’s nothing they can do really isn’t right!!! I never have any issues with anything I’ve purchased so not sure why they can’t give me a new one it’s not like I’m asking for my money back and they have to know that just because it works in the store doesn’t mean that something isn’t wrong with it!!! So I will not be coming back and I will absolutely let people know so they don’t have this happen to them and I will be posting on my page.

They have such a wide variety. Only once have I went and they didn't have what I needed. This is my #1 go to for vape and accessories! The workers are such nice people too!

Worst place ever. Do Not Shop Here. i bought a vape pen the next day it didn’t work anymore I returned to the store. And they said they couldn’t he’ll me in anyway. Very unprofessional. Bad for business. ??

This shop has everything I love visiting the city from South Carolina I purchased about 75 dollars worth of merchandise. The only reason I gave them a 3 is because then clerk a white older lady was not very friendly most shops I go into they talk show you different things she was not very helpful and interested in my business.

Not the first time I've came here I came here almost 5 mins past closing time and even after realizing it last min the young lady was kind enough to take me last min, I've met the owner nice person, great staff also, not the first time this is another pleasant experience ? always glad to be a returning customer.

They have a good selection and good service but honestly, the prices are marked up about 45%. I would go to a different store or online to get the same thing at a much better price.
