My wife and I stopped in Sherwin-Williams today to get a matching paint for a repair in our home and we are so glad we did. Dustin was the professional that assisted us, he was amazingly helpful and explained exactly how to go about accomplishing our project.

Someone tell me why they have ONE PERSON working on a Sunday. I just waited an hour in a line to pick up my paint that was ALREADY READY and paid for!!! Ridiculous

I have used exclusively sherwin Williams paint in every room of my home. I would like to continue to do so but I can’t understand why this company seems to want to keep chasing business away. With the exception of 2 employees , 1 being Dustin I believe , most employees I encounter here seem uninterested and not super knowledgeable. During the 2020 lockdown I was unable to order samples to pick up. I tried to understand but in reality I’m pretty sure that employee just didn’t feel like making the samples. So I made a blind choice based on those little paper samples. I don’t hate it but I really don’t love it either. Granted it was based on a 2x2 paper but once I did paint the whole room in pretty sure he did not give me the correct color despite it saying the correct name on the lid. I was somewhat disappointed but considering the circumstances we were in in May 2020 I let it go.Then today. I went in to get samples for re do another room in my home. The young man informed me they no longer do them , which is odd considering I just got samples less than a year ago , and referred me to Lowe’s or Home Depot when I asked how I could sample as I’m not buying gallons of expensive paint based on a little paper sample. I found this extremely strange that I’d be encouraged to go to a competitor . In addition the last few trips there they seem to carry less and less supply of gallons amd seem to be gearing more toward 5 gallon buckets and contractors. If that’s the case I’ll take their own advice and switch to their competitor after years of exclusively shopping with them for over a decade .

Will never go back to location. Never anything in stock and only want to sell paint in 5 gallons. Won’t even do color matches. Do go to establishment!!!

My daughter wanted to paint her new room a pinkish red color. The first can turned out terrible. I brought the can back and Dustin went above and beyond to make it right. I really appreciate everything you did to help me. Thank you very much.

beats shopping @ Lowes and Home Depot hands down. No waiting, always someone available to answer your questions and make recommendations. IMO, their product is unbeatable. 15 years ago I hired professional painters to paint my kitchen and living room. The owner of the company I hired insisted on using Sherwin Williams paint because its quality was so superior to the Home Depot and Lowes store brands. I'm so glad I did. The paint looks as fresh as the day it went on my walls.
