“When I rented my storage unit in Dundalk it had just changed management. I was greeted that first day by a kind and helpful person who informed me she was the manager Kayla if I remember correctly. She walked me to my unit where we found just a bit of dust and dirt on the floor. She promised to have it cleaned and mopped before I returned even though I didn’t think it was necessary. True to her word the unit was sparkling. I have always received the friendliness reception when I’ve had cause to stop by the office. I recently moved out as I no longer need the extra space and I had neglected to inform them. I received a phone call not long after. It was the sweet young lady. She told me she was doing her rounds to check that all the units were secure for the night and she noticed my lock was gone and my unit empty. She wanted to be sure there was no problem, that I knew my storage was empty. She then went ahead and closed me out before I was charged anther month. I truly appreciate the diligence and customer service and support that is her standard.”
