Store number 68 on German Hill Road,
They have signs promoting chicken sides everywhere even on the screens, there is no sign saying that they don't have them and when you ask how to get to get what they are advertising everywhere the employee gets a big attitude and tells you we don't have that. We're out of the biscuits but there's no signs telling anybody that they don't have it. BUT YOU COULD ORDER THEM 1 AT A TIME! YOU CAN NOT GET THE DEAL BUT YOU GET THEM IF YOU PAY THE HIGHER PRICE BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO GET THEM 1 AT A TIME!!!!

Worse Royal Farms in Dundalk…. Lazy workers and there boss name Ms Patty she is so disrespectful to customers and she don’t care for her employees. Ms Patty keep being disrespectful to me and I wanna get her fired or send her to a new store please!!!!!!!!

My experience here was great my food was fresh and hot straight out of the grease and the customer service was on point. I always go to this royal farm when I get off work I’ll rate them a 4.5

The lady Michele that is a cashier at Royal Farm. On Jermenhill is the best cashier you had here in Dairyland very respectful.

I went in there get some chicken guy tell me they don’t have it because they deep cleaning but sad part they should done after make some chicken I used to work at royal farm too at 6100 holabird ave5 yrs ago but i just start liking royal farm after 5yrs but this one same they should make extra before they do that I bet DL is Mr Marvin but my DL was Teddy I feel like to manager here or DL I have to go to all the way around my way to go to holabird ave but whole time I work for them I never heard that part for whole year

I mentioned to one of the workers today that when I come in, the chicken is always dry. Her name was Ms. Kat. She was very apologetic and even directed me to the manager who was also apologetic and reassuring. Thank you Ms. Kat for fixing my issue and listening to me!

I visited this location Yesterday and was all confused using the machines early in the morning . It was around 6 am. The Two ladies. Ms Kay and Michelle. there were sooo Nice and helpful. Especially Ms Kay she was so nice . I told Her I want to see her Picture up for Employee of the Month. They both Deserve it. And the Chicken and potatoe wedges was good too. Thanks ladies.

Bought a salad from their store and I've had food poisoning for nearly a week now. Ecoli poisoning from the lettuce. Also they have card scanners on their CC machines and all of my stamps were stolen and used somewhere in Georgia. Called to tell them and they did nothing. Seriously considering consulting a lawyer to have this place shut down.

I was just at location and I wasn't there 3 minutes and had absolutely no time to even pick anything up let alone put something in my pocket. So the manager came up to me out of no where and started to accuse me of putting something in my pocket and she insisted that I remove said item from my pocket extremely loud and embarrassed me by me being accused. She needs to get fired!!!!
