There wasn't anyone at the front desk and the lab technicians ignored me as i begged for a urine cup and to use the bathroom to an empty room after waiting a half hour with my bladder so full it hurt. I go back and see the reason the technician was ignoring me was because she was too busy texting someone. My friendly advice is go to labcorp and avoid this company, when you're sick its cruel to have your medical problems ignored just so some chick can respond to her text messages.

Fast appt time in and out but the woman wasn’t very friendly but wasn’t rude just kinda there and blah. Wasn’t bad

Very rude told us we shouldve made appointment there was nobody there she said well you lucky the person cancelled . Very aggressive while taking blood!!!

The tech was the most experienced and friendly man that I have ever had take my blood. First stick got all 5 vials, I have terrible veins from past drug use and he was a professional! Thank you I will never go anywhere else

Ann is very nice, and helpful!!! My experience here was very nice and pleasant!! I came in, and the place is no nice and clean. Appointments only because of COVID-19. Ann is very helpful, and nice. The staff there was very nice and helpful!!

Staff needs to be fired. Staff is extremely late. One time I had a 1:40 appointment and wasn't seen until 2:25pm. Most times I'm the only one there. Staff is incredibly rude as well. Please can someone make this better. PLEASE

I have had my blood drawn here a couple times. Always on time. Always very friendly, and a clean environment.

The woman who took my blood was so incredibly kind and gentle. We had a great conversation and she made me feel really comfortable. I appreciated her making me laugh! Thank you so much!

Appointment is 1:30, ot says one person ahead of me. Been waiting 20 mins for a scheduled appointment. Staff is not pleasant at all.
