111 N Calvert St, Baltimore“Love the ladies who work here. They always provide friendly and helpful service- and have celebrated some huge wins with me. I've since moved and miss coming in.”
“I often come here to send packages or important documents, even though it's over 4 miles from my house. I assure you that within a 5-mile radius, there's no better USPS than this one. I love the dedication, friendliness and care of the girl who works here.”

732 Deepdene Rd, Baltimore“I really don't understand the negative reviews of this post office. I've been coming here from more than 20 years and I've always found the people who work here extremely helpful and friendly. To my mind, they go out of their way to be helpful, polite and efficient. It is not their fault if the post office is understaffed. In fact, it's a testament to their positive attitude that even with it being understaffed, they continue to be positive in the way they treat customers.”
“I find this post office very professional and caring keeping customers moving through their business. I moved to this post office box in Perry Hall from my original community due to problems with fraud, and my mail has been secure since.
Every time I have been helped whether by Cynthia, Bonnie or Tabitha I have always felt their knowledge and capabilities were quite obvious. When they were on vacation, Anton was the substitute and he was every bit as helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Whatever goes on in this office they strive to make changes and difficulties as seamless as possible. I am greatly relieved I came here.
One last thought: In our current society plagued by fraud, I will never again trust an outdoor mailbox no matter where it is. That is where my fraud came from.”

900 E Fayette St Rm 118, Baltimore“I've had many wonderful experiences at this location Thanks to Ms. R. Jackson and Ms. O. James! These ladies have gone above and beyond in assisting me with address changes and the new system for the lock boxes. I appreicate the their time, patience and kindness. USPS should be proud that these women represent them well with outsranding customer sevice.”
“Had a mis-delivered package. Over a few days, Ms. Kelly personally tracked it down and made sure it arrived at my place securely. She was nice, professional, helpful and kept me updated throughout. You don’t see this kind of service often :)”
“Not sure about the postmaster as other people have noted, but the clerk (C3, 28 Oct, 12:06PM) I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful and helped me return some items with the Label Broker after the self service machine was unable to help. Incredibly friendly staff that is accommodating and empathetic!”

919 W 34th St, Baltimore“As a long time resident, this Post Office is consistently one of the best in Baltimore. They are often understaffed and thus have many temps, but the regular personnel are caring & hardworking. The most common thing among the staff I have known is that they often get promoted to new positions elsewhere. I recently had 2 pkgs mis-delivered by a temp, but my regular carrier & his supervisor tracked them both down from a random house in the neighborhood in less than 30min. That is how knowledgeable and dedicated they are!”
“I have had mainly good experiences at this post office . My mail gets to its destination amazingly fast (especially considering that this is not Baltimore’s main post office) and the wait time for service is usually a short one.And the most pleasant and personable postal clerk works at this branch. Good customer service is spelled K-E-N-D-R-A. She is patient, communicates clearly and makes me feel appreciated as a customer. She bumps this four star branch to five stars for me.”

714 S Wolfe St, Baltimore“I used to go to the Fed Hill location but too many issues each time with customer service. So I decided to venture a couple miles away for better service. Best post office in B-More, very helpful and courteous. Typically there are 2 women that work there and they are both great! ?”
“Don't do what I did, I went here to ship a package without checking the shipping label. It was a UPS shipping label so I had to go to the UPS store instead. Embarrassing.”
10AM - 4:30PM
2401 Liberty Heights Ave, Baltimore“Close this post office already, because whether they will be open the hours that are stated is anybody’s guess. This is the only post that I have ever been to, that is not open during their normal business hours. It’s nothing more frustrating than planning your day that includes a trip to this post office and it is closed, especially if you rely on mobility bus services for transportation. If you call customer service for their hours of operation they will tell you that they should be open. A kiosk would be better than this, there’s never a sign posted explaining the situation. Why do this happens only at this post office? I understand that some situations can’t be avoided, but this is a continuous problem.Update: They have definitely improved on being opened at the times that are posted, which makes things a lot better. The customer service has always been good, employees are pleasant and helpful. I just hope that they continue being opened during their business hours.”

340 S Highland Ave, Baltimore“I only knock one star off because it's the USPS. It's not a fun experience dealing with them as a whole. All the other stars go to Monique. She is so efficient and polite. Usually postal service workers are angry and demeaning. Monique is such a star of the USPS. I'm always in and out quickly and she makes the experience so much better.”
9AM - 5PM
1500 Cherry Hill Rd, Baltimore“I’m so grateful to the workers here. They helped us find missing mail. My aunt had went to this location and asked them to help look for it. And they found it. Very sweet people who helped us!”
“I just had a phenomenal experience with this location. Ms. Green was pleasant when answering the phone and the next young lady was even more helpful. I was notified of an undelivered package due to the apartment number missing from over a month ago. The sender did not receive the package either. I didn’t get the staff member name but she was persistent in locating my package and she did 20 minutes later ? The time didn’t matter, I was appreciative of the effort she put into resolving my issue. Thank you!!”

7761C Eastpoint Mall, Baltimore“Good clean location. Note, this is a mini Post Office, no rental P.O. boxes, expect lines at the window--usually 1 or 2 employees work there, esp. during peak time.”
8:30AM - 5PM
515 S Camp Meade Rd, Linthicum Heights“Today, I had a great time at the post office thanks to Lauren. She was always smiling and very helpful, which made me feel much better after a not-so-nice encounter with another staff member who rudely declined my request for a pen (and that's why I took a star away from my review). I hope all the staff at the post office could be as friendly as Lauren!”
“Had an excellent service at this postal location by Darlene for assisting with my overseas parcel. She displayed professionalism, patience and understanding on my problems and took time to explain on the procedures. Thank you USPS, appreciate the help from such a dedicated staff. Thank you Darlene!”
“I use the U.S. Postal Service at least several times per week. Occasionally, I use Window services for purchasing postage stamps and or money orders. The staff has always been friendly, courteous, and efficient”

3000 Homewood Ave, Baltimore“This post office is my local .It has GREATLY IMPROVED since last. year. They have improved service by adding agent to serve customers by adding a second agent. Their array of stamps and mailing supplies has greatly increased!Prior to this improvement, many times they would have NO STAMPS for sale, and the agent (she is no longer there) would loudly announce, "We have no stamps ."I am happy that service has greatly improved at the Waverley PO.”
“Maria and Jackie were SO helpful, so informative, and so kind!!!!! They were so wonderful and I could not say enough nice things about them. These women were truly GREAT! I have been working with the post office to get my passport renewed, and the process hasn't been the easiest. However, these two ensured that I understood what was happening, what I needed to do, and that I had all of the correct information!”
“The Raspeburg post office is great, it deserves a 5-star review.I have been coming here for years, and love the postal staff, they have always been friendly to me, especially Ms.Ann who is always very cheerful. The service they provide is stellar, I have mailed many parcels here over the years, and have never had an issue with the service.Thank you so much for all your kindness & hard work!”
“All I can say is, WOW, what a hidden gem. A pharmacy that serves as a liquor store, gift shop, and bar? It's an interesting combination that makes it a fun place to visit. The liquor selection is actually pretty decent and I was able to find a few hidden gems at a very good price here, as were many of my friends. I also checked out The Fountain, which is small bar with a classic 1980s (and older) vibe. There were some rare, allocated whiskies available for tastings at a reasonable price, around $10 for an ounce. I'm sure their menu changes occasionally but it's a solid bar to visit to try something nice. My group also ordered the turkey sandwich that came with chips. It was a reasonably good sandwich, though nothing outstanding. They seemed to have some interesting pies, but I didn't have time to try those. Here, it's definitely about the whiskies and vibe. Can't wait to come back again.”
