The guy who works here is the only reason for 3 stars. He was professional and reasonable with price. The lady, however, hung up on me when I called to see if the necklace was ready. She was very unprofessional.

do not go here they scammed me for 600 fronts stopped fitting in less than a month cheap jewelry and they cant fix it just bent it up and said it was fixed i paid the guy 150 to fix them he said they would melt them down when i came back they where the same just bent he lied in my face and told me he didnt say they would melt them dont buy jewelry from eastpoint in the middle of the mall

Le aconsejo a todos que no compren nada en este lugar porque te venden las joyas como oro y depues cuado vas a otro lugar a comprobar si es oro no lo es y despues no te devuelven tu dinero y te tratan muy mal para no devolverte el dinero son unos estafadores en mi experiencia compre un anillo en $450 dollares me dijeron que era de oro y cuando comprobe que no era de oro regrese el mismo dia que me lo entregaron y me dijeron que ellos me habian dicho que no era gold y no me quicieron devolver mi dinero son unos estafadores TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not buy anything in this place, they sell you gold over silver and they tell you that they are selling you gold and when you prove that it is not gold they do not give you back your money, BEWARE !!!!!
