Customer service was great from start to finish, very reasonable prices, and Manny and the other two movers were very pleasant, accommodating, and worked very hard during the move to get everything done professionally and proficiently.

I will probably regret posting the review before delivery but 2/3 of the way through this move and I regret being linked to this company.
Partially on me but if I am expecting to have another hour to do the finishing touches on getting stuff ready to move, showing up an hour earlier messes things up. Why even confirm a pick up window?
The actual movers did a great job getting everything protected and loaded on the truck but the part of handling of the paper work was lacking. It was a rush of we just need you to sign here and here, hurry up we have another stop, was mis-charged and told to just pay and worry about it later and then ended up with no paper work and couldn't speak to a representative about it until after the weekend
Expected delivery one day, it is now a day late so travel plans to finish my move had to be adjusted. Always said it was a second floor and now suddenly less than 24 hours away being told I will now be charged an additional $75. How many second floor apartments are only 10 steps up. But since they have my stuff I am completely at their mercy.
Lesson learned, be careful who moving brokers pair you up with. Next move I will be more mindful so that an already stressful event doesn't become a logistical and monetary nightmare.
Their customer service people also leave something to be desired.
1 Star: strongly do not recommend.

We just finished watching our furniture get picked up and loaded by two of the best movers, Berik and Sunat. They were very careful with each piece, wrapped thoroughly, and were very strategic with moving large pieces. What is even more amazing was that they moved every piece without making one scratch or dent in walls or floors. Thank you Overland Van Lines!
Hope we get the same treatment when you deliver??.
Only reason I did not give it a five star rating was because it took a long time for them to execute the move. On the other hand, as my wife and I agreed, it was not their fault. Probably needed a third or even a fourth to make it go smoothly.

Overland Van Lines is a company that I would suggest to anyone moving to use. If you are fortunate you will get either Erik or Nickolas to manager your move. Their attention to detail is amazing. They will ensure that your belongings get to your new home or destination in the same shape as they left
Both of these teams were so very professional and polite. Also the hardest work teams !!!

Kevin and Ivy at Overland Van Lines are amazing! My new building has very strict rules that changed frequently, and Kevin and Ivy helped me navigate them easily. I would recommend Overland Van Lines to anyone moving in Baltimore! They are kind, patient, caring, and competent.

Amazing experience with Berik & Sunat from
Overland Van Lines. I had my move picked up yesterday. They kept me up to date with arrival time which gave me time to plan. Upon arrival Beria and Sunat checked in, discussed the process with us and our inventory. Immediately after our check in they did an amazing wrapping job with our furniture and other items. They were very careful in taking apart bed frames and were even more careful in taking the items out of the apartment. They avoided any damages to property and furniture. VERY HAPPY with that! Berik and Sunat were very professional and worked extremely hard to get this move completed. Thank you Berik and Sunat you guys are a true asset to Overland Van Lines! Looking forward to my delivery being this exceptional.
This is a follow up on our delivery! I have nothing but positive feedback for our drop off! Nikoloz and Levan were both amazing! They were a little late due to traffic, but they were done unloading the truck and putting our furniture together fast!!! They were awesome!!!! Exceptional service!

I cannot express what a great job Izzy and his crew did for us. They killed it from start to finish and were so kind and courteous! I have moved at least 50 times in my 62 years and other than family helping this was the best experience ever! I would recommend this crew a million times over! Overland you are extremely blessed to have these young men working for you! Thank you guys!!!!

Best Choice Moving recently paired me with Overland Van Lines, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I was fortunate enough to have Izzy as my main contact for both the pickup and delivery. From the initial onsite meeting to the final delivery, Izzy was outstanding. He was professional, efficient, and a great communicator, keeping me informed at every step and ensuring the process was smooth and stress-free.
I saw Izzy ensure that he and his colleague were on the same page, ensuring the careful handling of belongings. Out of over 100 boxes, nearly everything was delivered intact, with only a couple of minor items sustaining damage – a remarkable feat in the world of moving. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.
I highly recommend Overland Van Lines, especially if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving service and lucky enough to have Izzy. They made what is typically a stressful experience into a seamless and positive one.

I moved from Maine to Massachusetts and had a very smooth move with this company. They coordinated well and everything went as planned. Izzy and his partner Fausto were very professional, packed expertly, friendly, and patient when we couldn't get into my new place on time. I really appreciated them. Please remember to tip your movers on site, as I forgot to do so in the chaos of the move and did so retroactively because they were so good.

Our movers Berick and Sunat were awesome. Very dilligent and careful with our items and extremely helpful with some issues during the scheduling process.
Reason for the 3 stars is because the lead up process was horrendous. Overland is lucky to have those two.

The movers never showed up on time and then they called me at 4:45 pm and tried to reschedule for the next day and I would have done that except when I asked for a discount they told me no that I would not be receiving a discount. I canceled and used another company who was able to do it the next day. I will never use this company again nor will I suggest it to anyone else.

Inconsiderate, completely incompetent. My family and I have been sleeping on the floor for a WEEK now because this company got the move-in date wrong. They keep making excuses FOR THEIR MISTAKE! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!
Unless you want to make calls and get empty promises! All they care about is saving themselves money and not the wellbeing of their customers who paid them $8000 for their services.
