I am switching banks my account has been hacked 3 times since 2023. This is ridiculous this is the second time THIS YEAR I had to get a new card. I need M&T to do better with their security seriously! The staff is always nice and understanding but this bank needs more protection for their account holders.

I am a commercial client and I can tell you this that they simply don’t want to work. Tellers cannot even count money and then try to put it on their clients. They will tell you to come early even if you’re there 40 mins before closing. I would rate them zero if I could. They refuse to do commercial transactions in drive thru and insist you use night deposits. Horrible!

After my mom passed, Thomas was a gem, walking me through the process of opening an estate account. I was so pleased with the service, I decided to return and open a checking account with them. I will be returning to see Thomas to open accounts for my kids as well(I accidently called him Thompson, and now that is what I call him. Very nice personable guy). I haven't had any issues at all with m&t. Had an account with them years ago, and decided to return.

I had trouble opening an account online. Twice I opened it, and did not receive the DocuSign email. Twice they closed it for fraud. It was a huge pain. They could not verify my ID and identity in the lobby. There was no wasy to do it. Do not open your account on line. It is a huge waste of time. I thought that was ridiculous. Logan was very nice to me, and tried to help me. I then spoke to the assistant manager Robby. He was rude and not helpful at all. He told me he couldn't call the fraud department because it was 4:30. They don't close until 5. There was nothing he could do. He sentme away.Then I came back and talked to to Nick. He was amazing. He should be the assistant manager there. He called a couple departments, and tried to help me... And then solved all my problems. My account is now open. And I will stay with this bank because of Nick and Logan!

Quick stop for the ATM... Conveniently, they have 2 walk-up ATMs and one drive-thru ATM.

The employees that work here are extremely rude and incompetent. They treat you like don't exist. You ask a question and they mumble back to you while giving dirty looks as if I was the problem. They're all rude, but the black lady that works there is the worst of them all.
