After our first call, Jon was able to dispel a lot of my anxiety. He talked through the process in a way that simplified everything for me and answered all my questions. It certainly helps that he’s very personable and easy to talk to. I felt a lot more confident moving forward.My dad has always preached that in business, while you can possibly make more money in the short term by taking advantage of a client, if you focus on what’s best for that client and work hard for them, more often than not you’ll be rewarded in the long run. I believe Jon and his team absolutely embodied this value. Jon was always happy to send me the updated breakdowns of the numbers for a range of down payments on houses we were looking at and discussed the pros and cons for each option. The information and advice he gave my wife and I was in service of helping us make an informed decision as opposed to pressuring us into one option or the other. While I’m sure he’s a very busy man, it always felt like we were his only client. He was very responsive and made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly.We were cleared to close two weeks before the closing date that the seller chose and the entire process couldn’t have gone any smoother. “Where to begin. I mean looking at these reviews I understand how hesitant you would be even to try or talk or even bother to go in. So I'll tell the the whole truth nothing but the truth. It was flawless right from the beginning, getting the loan my actual 1st car loan , 1st car off a dealership, doing the paper work, getting full coverage which I forgot because I literally never had or needed full coverage I'm my own mechanic and have access in that industry. Literally the whole process was fast but did take some normal time I forget the lady that helped me she was very knowledgeable and on point with everything I needed to know and do to get the process I wrecked my car totaled it to crazy rays found my new car got approved and did all the paperwork drove my new car home in 4hours. I appreciated all the help she did and she took my 1st payment today no issues in and out in 5minutes. I can only speak for myself but if you go in with an attitude thinking negative then don't think it was there ignorance that messed it up. They did exactly what they are supposed to do to good people. Thank you again Lending Financial Services”

“MY NAME IS NIKIA JEFFRIES. I’m currently experiencing an issue with a ATM machine malfunction. That happened on January 26, 2024. After filing a claim immediately over the phone. The next business day 01/29/2024 I attended Glen Burnie branch in Maryland. Where I was told, there’ s nothing much that could be done for me other than filing a claim. I immediately asked for the branch management. I was later, assisted by Miss Ebon’e J. The Acting branch manager who I truly believe went beyond and above to assist my necessary needs. She made all the necessary calls and emails. She was understanding, patient, and professional. Navy Federal credit Union will always have a recommendation on my behalf to my fellow, coworkers, families, and friends. I pray that all management are just as concerning.”
