Cielo was so patient, kind, friendly, outgoing, sweet, and professional with some good humor.
She spent about three hours ensuring all my apps were transferred to my new device. My old phone was about three years old the reason it took so long.
I am grateful to GOD to have encountered her presence full of grace.
I was going to go to another store and I am so glad I wnt to this location ... thank GOD because I am not sure if someone would have spent so much time and care to provide such wonderful service like Cielo. I feel like o gained a family member in the short time we spent together. What a wonderful young lady!!!
So, Cielo, I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart and may GOD continue to shine HIS abundance blessings to you and your family.

Bad costumer service. Looking for a phone n the lady there didn't try to help me pick a phone at all. I haven't upgraded in 4yrs n she said I won't get a discount on a phone they had over priced in the first place.

Was in store yesterday. A young lady named Jazmine was working. She was terrific, went over and beyond that which her job calls for. Used her own phone to get things set up for me that I have had trouble with. Found us savings of $30/mo with a brand new tablet. I highly recommend this location. Service was top notch, staff 999% helpful, and we love the products we came home with. Great value for the money. Thanks Jazmine!

Stinks so bad in there. Mildew in the bathroom. But on the plus side, the woman who took care of me was so sweet and kind. First tone I got a nice iteration in this store. Only go to this location of its important because it's so close to my house!
