Disgusting serviceThere was a Spanish girl who provided me wrong services. I asked her to add a line with my plan. She changed my plan due to which I lost my Amazon prime membership plus I paid 65$ on top of that.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with customer service. Do not expect an ounce of assistance, kindness, or even respect from William at this store. I realize it's hard to find good help during a pandemic but wow. Management of this store really needs to attend to their staff. If this so T-Mobile, I'm out!

Well I went in there to pay my bill this past month on the 6th and upon arrival there was 3 cop cars and police inside because a man tried to rob the ONE employee with a knife.I go back today to purchase a new phone for Myself and a new line and phone for my Daughter and had one customer ahead of Me who was being helped. I stood in the store for 45 minutes without such as a greeting from the ONE employee. There needs to be more then one person working at these stores. A man came in behind Me and left. He was just there to pay his bill. Then another couple came in and left as well. I'm all for having patience. I stood there for almost an hour.. But it's a bit rediculous.

Very poor customer service. Quoted me one price, sold the phone, and pulled a classic "bait and switch" and charged me a different amount at checkout. Wanted me to pay off a phone AND turn it in (if I'm paying it off, I'll keep it, thank you). If you add up all the lease payments, down payment, and pay off on the phone, it's WELL ABOVE full retail price AND you have to give it back... that's not a lease. When you buy a new phone from them, you also have to pay an upgrade fee!? Nickel and dime you to death... no wonder they're on every corner. Poor customer service at the 2 of 2 T-Mobile stores I've visited. Too many other companies are working hard for your business these days... give it to them.

Went to this location today to find it UNATTENDED for about a half an hour ! Concerned Citizen call Baltimore County Police because We didn't want to leave the Store like that ! So after the Police are there for 10 minutes trying to figure out what's going on This Woman gets out of a Black Truck and Says she works there and fell asleep ! She looked High ! Great Service Metro PCS

Just switched from Verizon and the bald guy sold me the wackest phone and acted like it was new and top of the line meanwhile as a salesman he didn't explain my contract details and I went to return my phone and couldn't because I exceeded the call duration in the 6 days I had the phone smh

Don't listen to the negative review below. Especially if the picture on his profile isn't of his face. This store is brand new and very nice on the inside. I had the pleasure of meeting management and watched as they assisted in another customers problems. They're very knowledgeable and polite. I strongly recommend having your needs met at this location!
