Reasonable customer service. Don't like the out of pocket charges for simple fixes.

My mother came in to get a phone was told the plan would be more the 1st time ($60) and after that 40 a month. She goes in to pay her bill and they charged her $60. We go in today and tell them what’s going on and he says you need to call them or come in the store and let us know to change your plan which we shouldn’t have to change it. This was already the agreement to begin with so, I tell him ok I’m here now at the store, & ask d him to change it! instead of him doing his job, he tells me to call, I’m so sick of nobody wanting to do their jobs. I’m in your place of business telling you that I have an issue & You won’t take care of it because ???? it also states that they do not close until eight and when we went to go in it was locked with. I guess his wife and child in the store so we had to wait about three minutes until he came from the back to unlock it.. I think he was smoking bc the placed reeked when I walked in. That’s not what bothered me. It was him telling me to call them instead of him taking care of it right there.. metro customer service sucks. There is the one guy who is awesome. I believe he’s the manager. I think his name is Omar. I will go back when he’s working if nothing is done then simple just change services.

If I can give 0 star I will doI bought yesterday a new phone after few hours I tried to charge it but it was not rechargeable I went to the store. I have been told that they don't have a refund or replacement policy . U wast ur money with these guys .

The lady at the store put a screen protector on my phone and it fell off 3 days later. When I called to tell them and see if they would put another one on, I was treated very poorly and told they don't do refunds. I told the person I didn't want a refund, just a replacement, because my screen protector should not come off after three days. They just told me it wasn't their problem and hung up on me. Do not go to this store the people are rude and clearly incompetent at their jobs.
