Hello my name is Brenda. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO GREAT CLIPS ON WISE AVENUE. My 15 year old son went in today to get his hair cut like he wanted just for them to try and tell him that he had lice, and nits in his head. He then came back home embarrassed as hell. I then took him back and asked them to show me these things in his head Everytime they tried to show me I then took my nails pulled it out and tried it there was no popping sounds. We all know that if you have lice, and eggs they will pop if they are alive. Buy this time he then went to Sports Clips and got his hair cut. If he had anything even sports clips wouldn't have cutted his hair either. My lawyer will be in contact with them.

I checked in online and the wait time was over 60 minutes. I waited until about 15 minutes left and headed over to the store, a quick 5 minute drive. When I arrived, I waited an additional 30 minutes to get seen. When I finally got called, I was greeted by a stylist that had a bored look on her face and did not give me her name. She confirmed what I wanted for my haircut, but did not do alot of it. I asked for clipper cut on the side and back with #1 guard and finger length cut with scissors on the top. She proceeded to move at a snails pace the entire time, while the store was very busy. She acted like she didnt even want to be there. She then did not use scissors on the top and used clippers instead.She even used clippers where there was no hair! She only used scissors on my bangs. She did not trim my sideburns nor ask about them. She did ask about my eyebrows, but I told her no as I just wanted to leave the salon, since I'd been there for a while. She did manage to check her phone in the middle of the haircut! She wasnt personable, moved very slow and didnt do what I requested. Then the salon has the nerve to charge you 20 bucks for a haircut. Talk about extortion. I have used this salon for over 10 years and now I will not go back after this experience. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a great clips and definitely the worst haircut I've ever received! Cut your own hair blindfolded and in the dark. You will get much better results without the attitude. For what its worth, I've already emailed customer service.

I will never come here again!!!! No talking no communication she didn't even try to style my hair the way iwanted. She should've just been honest, and tell me she couldn't do it. My name is Angel & never again at the Great Clips on Wise Ave. Pais altogether $86.00 after being told it would be $65.00 I gave a $10.00 tip when I should have given $0. My hair is not even close to what I've wanted it to be. I'm so frkn upset right now. They did try to send me away saying shorthanded instead of being honest saying I'm sorry there is no one here that can do what you want ugh I'm sooooo upset. This is not my husband it's his wife

You have to watch out for the bleached blonde named Sarah. She only cuts who she wants. She will step all over your online check in and ignore you. she hides in the back until she decides whose hair she wants to cut. So sad because all the other woman who work there do their job fair for all customers.
