Lots of weight machines for strength training and building muscle. Plenty of group classes except for spinning. Some equipment is missing numbers on the weights. Wonky layout but I'm getting it in. I hope they get more dumbells.

This place is my second home I love the sauna and the equipment is just right u just have to find your own rhythm I love the kids area the staff is so friendly and helpful so are the trainers oh and I love the water massager after a good workout. Me and my family love it here @Lolabossylashay
