Giant Pharmacy is a pharmacy that does its best to take care of its customers. The pharmacy technicians are friendly, fast, efficient, and super helpful, providing good customer service. They do their very best to get things done, ordering medications and filling prescriptions as soon as possible if there is a problem. The pharmacy handles flu, pneumonia, and COVID shots. They follow the rules, explaining that insurance issues the fill date, not the pharmacy or the doctor, and a prescription cannot be filled early. If there is an issue with a script not being filled, they always try to work it out. While there have been occasional interactions with rude people filling in, the regular staff is awesome and works to help resolve any problems with prescriptions. Many customers are very pleased with the service and do not go anywhere else for their prescriptions.
I called to check the availability of a medication. I spoke with Mary. She was very friendly and super helpful. It's nice to get good customer service these days.

I had just picked my mother up from surgery and we stopped at Giant Pharmacy to get her prescriptions filled. I was very pleased with the service, the pharmacy technicians were friendly, fast, and efficient.
