even tho he was busy. The service in the deli was just as good. Toya is the one that made my food and it was perfect. She was also very friendly. She smiled which lifted my spirits because I dont see smiles that much anymore in retail. But Toya was so positive. She was fast, efficient and courteous. I thank Royal Farm for hiring people who have positive attitudes and seem to genuinely want to help customers. I know from experience that retail is not the easiest of jobs so when i see employees working hard i appreciate them.”
“This is the main convenience store that I go to I probably go there practically daily if not every other day the employees and there are very friendly and even if there's a line of people or it may look like there's a lot of people the people working there are very efficient as far as waiting on the customers you're never in line for long and there's always somebody on a register ready to help. Definitely I would say here in Dundalk they are within the top 2 stores as far as there customer service. And even though it's small convenience store / gas station they have a decent selection of items the prices of course are slightly higher but that's to be expected when you're going someplace like that to buy certain things. ⭐× 10”
