Visited the Dundalk ave. location and it was unkempt and when I presented the sale price on the app to the cashier he wanted to charge me the full price so I left it. It's sad when you see ppl in other states and get items for sale price or even cheaper. I don't go in FD often and I believe I will not be going back anymore. This is the second time I've had an unpleasant experience at that location. Other locations the cashiers are pleasant.

The Greeter is very disrespectful, and he has no people or customer service skills. He uses foul language in the store, very rude and has a nasty disposition about himself. This greeter should not be allowed to continue working at this store with his combative demeanor. He calls himself a Security Guard when infact his title is nothing more than a Greeter.

While I agree that this location is messy. Every time I've gone there someone has been stocking the shelves and when I've asked for help, someone has always helped me. Also, the cashier's have always been very pleasant and polite.( Of course you get back what you put out in the world)

I'm sorry, but this place is a serious health hazard. I walked in there just to grab a few items it smell like mildew as soon as I walked in the place has buckets with water in them all over the place from the ceiling. I told the young man at the register, that I was sorry that he had to work in harsh conditions and he said I have a fan, I then said that fan is not the solution to breathe in mold and mildew your whole shift.

I go here because it's close to my house and I don't drive right now. This family dollar is very dirty, unorganized, the employees are rude and do not like helping customers.

This particular family dollar serves an area where alot of people don't have vehicles. For many I know it has been a real blessing, they get all of their food there. It is CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO AC OUTAGE. IT HAS BEEN SINCE 7/5/23. ITS CAUSING A TERRIBLE INCONVENIENCE FOR THE POOR AND ELDERLY IN THE AREA. THIS IS AN ISSUE THAT COULD BE ADDRESSED IN A SINGLE DAY IF CORPORATE CHOSE TO. WAY TO DROP THE BALL AND FAIL THE COMMUNITY YOU SERVED FAMILY DOLLAR!
