They did a wonderful job for my grandmothers services. I messed up giving the wrong date with the online order but they were happy to correct it for me with kindness and sympathy. The arrangements were beautiful, a good value for the money spent. We would absolutely use them again.

10 STARS - I could not possibly be more pleased with the kindness and professionalism of the staff at Dundalk. They not only met my expectations they exceeded them by a mile. They handled a complicated order with a smile and delivered exactly what I asked for on time. The flowers used were the absolute freshest (not a common thing for a funeral order, BTW). The price and delivery charge were reasonable and fair. No one is cutting corners to squeeze an extra dollar or two out, even in this economy. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Been dealing with Dundalk Florist for years went in this past week to order flowers and the blonde girl who waited on us was very unprofessional. She acted very rude. I took my business elsewhere, where I spend quite a bit of money and I got great service and a beautiful flower arrangement. Dundalk florist is no longer my go to florist.

They never seem to disappoint whenever I call and I need something really quick. It always turns out beautiful and up to my expectations They are my go to I put the wrong date on one of my deliveries and they called me to make sure because it was a holiday and thank goodness they did because it was for the holiday. I was very grateful for awareness of my mistake.
