Always caring and professional service that isn't overpriced. Most front desk is friendly. Been going here for my cats and dogs for 30yrs. and plan to continue. Added... Something needs to be done about their scheduling. If they can't get pets in to be seen at reasonable time frames what is going on? Do they need to hire more Veterinarians. My cat needs antibiotics and a antihistamine. And I have to wait 14 days for her to be seen and get that. That's insane. They need to bring walk ins back. Or hire more vets. Maybe it's time for a new place. Why is the wait time so long?

Sadly, we lost our beloved girl Eagle yesterday 10/22/2024. Everyone at Dundalk Animal Hospital was compassionate during her passing. Thank you to everyone during this difficult time. I'd highly recommend Dundalk Animal Hospital.

Their prices are a little high, but, I trust them with my 2 dogs and my cat. Another thing, they have very good customer service there...and that's what I'm looking for !!!

The staff is great, and the service is great.. I started taking my pets years ago because our other vet was overcharging us and giving us the wrong medications.... the service can be a little slow because they are still on a paper system, and the ladies at the desk likes to talk with every customer ( it's a good thing but can be a little annoying when trying to check in or pay the bill).. regardless or the wait times, I love the quality and the care the Dr's give us for our pets.... they also provide grooming services which I have used in the past and now that my dog is older ,and petsmart isn't comfortable with grooming our senior dog.. they are still willing and able to provide the proper service.... I would recommend this vets office to everyone.. just have patience, because it can take a while to be seen... but good services are worth waiting for...

I will NEVER return!!! I was there on two occasions. The first one the front desk staff were so unprofessional it made me uncomfortable. She would answer the phone, put them on hold, and loudly complain that people keep calling! I was on time for my appointment but wasn’t taken back for over an hour!! Paid a little over $100 per dog for shots which I was ok with.
A few months later my Husband was trying to schedule an appointment for our two puppies to get neutered. He called and sat on hold for 45 minutes just to be hung up on. He called back and was hung up on again. The following day he stopped into the office to make the appointment. He described it as a shit show in there, but he was able to schedule an appointment three weeks out for my two dogs to get neutered and get rabies shot. The night before my appointment, I got a phone call at 9 PM stating they were going to cancel the surgery because it should have never been scheduled in the first place because the dogs hadn’t had a recent physical, but she explained I could still bring them in for a physical and they would call me to move forward a potential surgery. So I brought them in at the designated time to which the women at the front desk were annoyed and frustrated and told me that their surgery had been canceled. When I told them I got a phone call to bring them in. They made a phone call and confirmed that my dogs were supposed to come in today to get looked at to be determined if they would have surgery or not. The front staff was extremely annoyed and could not find my dogs files so they decided to make temporary files for them. Upon leaving, they had me sign a form saying that I would pay that the 125 fee per dog for bloodwork to make sure it was safe that my dogs get anesthesia IF THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE THE SURGERY! Shortly after noon, I got a phone call with a price of the surgery and saying they could move forward if I wanted to. The price was outrageous $500ish per dog (to be neutered) and I declined the surgery and said I will be on the way to get the dogs. When I arrived to pick them up, I was told I would be paying vaccines that they “needed” in ordered to be housed there today (3 hours) and the bloodwork as a prescreening for the anesthesia. I refuse to pay for the bloodwork because my dogs never needed anesthesia. The bloodwork should have never been done until the use of anesthesia was determined. They acted liked it was completely normal to charge me for the bloodwork even though my dogs didn’t need it. Clearly they are just trying to make $$$. I agreed to pay for the vaccines that they needed to be there. I stood there for 30 minutes while the front staff tried to figure out the total of ALL of the vaccines that were given. Keep in mind that I was never given a list of all the vaccines before they gave them to my dogs. I never approved them! The appointment was made for rabies shot only! The total came to $300 per dog.Essentially I paid $600 for my dogs to enter the facility and get “required vaccines”, (some of which they’ve already had before). No surgery happened and I am thankful for that. These people can’t answer phones and keep records straight. I can’t believe I trusted them with my dogs. While I was standing there waiting for my grand total I watched the phone ring and the woman answer and say there are three calls and three people ahead of you. I was the only one there and no one else had called. Stay away from this mess and keep your animals safe. Don’t get scammed like I did.

Unprofessional staff, high prices and wont even take you in when your pet needs to be put down without an appointment. With no appointments available for a week. Ran down building. Do yourself a favor and go to Eastern Animal hospital where the staff cares

Been taking my dog to this vets for years. She recently developed a massive tumor in her leg which I was told was a skin tag. Been there 3 times told same thing. Told she was too old to operate. Tumor was size of golf ball told me to go to the pet Er. Now today I went to another vet and had to put her down. Cancer ate her body . Would never recommend this place to anyone

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent visit for my aunt's cat's check-up. Although the clinic is on the smaller side, the experience was very positive. The receptionists were kind and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. The veterinary technician displayed genuine care for the cat, and the vet herself was fantastic. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really helped me understand my aunt's cat's condition. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic!

these people do not care about animals. all they care about is getting paid. wouldn’t see my dying kitten and sent me to another clinic that also wouldn’t see me. then when you try to call them their phone is off the hook 3 hours before closing. do not bring your animals here i suggest dock side animal clinic

Sorry to say I will NEVER step back in this clinic. All we could get for a dying dog who has been their patient his whole life, was an appointment 2 weeks away, and not only could the vet not show up on time, but let no one with appointments know, didn't show up for 2 hours, and then treated us like a walk in! Our appointment was at 10:30am, so we had to reload our fur baby back into the car. We were told to come back at noon, so we did. The vet did not show up till 12.30, then we were told he was seeing someone else already. I was promised Link would be his first patient. This is a heart breaking thing to have to go through, this clinic has no compassion. If I could give 0 stars I would.
