“I went here for breakfast this morning and the two employees that stood out to me deserve recognition. To anyone in corporate , i want to let u know that employees like Toya and Devin are what keep me coming back to your store over all others. I had a lot of questions about using my rewards and my gift card and the cashier Devin was patient with me.
even tho he was busy. The service in the deli was just as good. Toya is the one that made my food and it was perfect. She was also very friendly. She smiled which lifted my spirits because I dont see smiles that much anymore in retail. But Toya was so positive. She was fast, efficient and courteous. I thank Royal Farm for hiring people who have positive attitudes and seem to genuinely want to help customers. I know from experience that retail is not the easiest of jobs so when i see employees working hard i appreciate them.”
“I live at village and there is a ROFO right there- I used to go there almost daily- even my family would too. Then their tenders and fries began to decline in taste, quality & The customer service just was awful. Tenders and fries were barely battered, or cooked. When I would ask for fresh box, I would dirty looks and/or “What do u mean they aren’t cooked?” How do you Look at that & NOT see it’s not cooked and/or battered?? I no longer go to Northpoint village Rofo- their staff and food just sucks now-
I decided to stop at Rofo on German hill (Store #68) one day to try and hope get some fresh hot tender chicken and fries. OMG Sylvia is MASTER AT MAKING CHICKEN AND FRIES!!! She deserves a MASSIVE RAISE - She is Angel, so sweet and kind, listens to me every time I come in. Sylvia, Corey also is Amazing, They make my day when I stop by. Ms Kay also is sweetheart, I have now nicknamed them 3 the Power team!!! I LOVE ❤️ this Rofo. I can’t speak to bad reviews I read, Doenst sound like store 68 At all!!! Please RECOGNIZE SYLVA FOR HER COOKING TALE T, The tenders are perfectly breaded as their fries are. I will pay $ for good quality food. I look fwd to my visits. I stopped by again today 11/20/24 at 12pm and Sylvia, Corey were working THANK GOD. If they aren’t working, I will NOT order food.”

“Absolutely WONDERFUL little convience store. And convienant it is! This store has generally everything!!! From soups, canned goods, bread, and LOTS more to dog/cat food, baby supplies, household items, and cigarettes, and even more....this store carries a LOT of general necessities in case your in one of those time limited clusters or just dont want to make another long trip to the store. And the prices are actually not bad at all. Some items are actually cheaper than reg. Grocery stores...and are def cheaper than most gas stations. The owener is very nice and considerate. I def. Feel safe even walking to his store. Kids will love the non-typical, different kinds of candy here. A variety you won't typically find elsewhere. And lots of single pieces under a buck. Even .25 cents. I cant say enough about this store I seriously just love this place. Wish all businesses were this accommodating, not to mention homey and safe!”

“This Seven-Eleven is never over crowded and run by very nice people who keep the store clean, organized and well-kept. Like all Seven-Elevens seem to be they can be pricey but run really good deals on essentials. I go there for slurpees for the family and tney never disappoint! 5 Stars!!”
