Class 5 Vapor moved my business from a vape store near my house that was simply turning sales, to a customer of their store instead. When I was just buying a product from my local store, my experience with Class 5 Vapors showed me depth of knowledge and recommendations that went beyond a product sale, to truly helping me approach vaping more efficiently. Be little respectful no matter what. Customer brings you money. In fact, you have to be patient than in order to sell your product. The lady in front with red hair, she is absolutely rude. Especially, if you are not native.

Wife went in and asked for vape pods and showed the employee her vape unsure of which ones to buy. We discovered once we got home they gave her the wrong pods. Went back to attempt to fix the situation in store and the employee said she could not exchange the pods because they were open; but she's the one that chose the wrong pods and it's impossible to tell the pods don't fit until opened. Should have at least gotten a store credit. Won't go back. Unfortunate

The store sold me expired juice and wouldnt take it back. They told me instead, the juice is good one year after the expiration.
