I called up to find out what I needed to bring with me to open an account... And I was repeatedly informed me I had to come in and talk with somebody in person to figure out what I needed just to go back out and get the proper items to bring back in to open an account lol... I wanted to go there completely ready to open an account, but now I'm not going it all.Very friendly person on the phone, but if a place can't tell me what I need to bring to their establishment before I go there to open an account I'm really not going to trust that they know what I need when I get there either.

I scheduled an appointment last week to conduct business about an account I have. Due to traffic on Eastern Blvd due to construction I was 4minutes late to my appointment. I arrive to find the gate down and no one within this branch. My appointment was at 1:30pm. I scheduled this appointment through Chase’s appointment portal. I am unsure if the person left due to me being 4 minutes late or if they just chose to not service me. Either way I am very disappointed in them for conducting themselves in this manner. The hours state this branch closes at 1:00pm on the door and online and through the app 2:00pm. Chase should update and confirm which is correct and also close any appointments for future customers that have or will make appointments for times “after business hours.” I also believe a courtesy call if 4minutes was a huge issue would’ve been more professional. My appointment was for 30minutes and it states that on my confirmation email. Michael Dearth was my appointment advisor for today and I will not be coming back to this branch for anything else! I hope other Chase branch’s do better.

Your associate Ashley who answers the phones needs a new profession. I was calling to open a new bank act and she was so rude I changed my mind on opening an act here. I refuse to deal with such disrespect especially when it comes to my finances.It’s a poor way to bring in business.
