To anyone in corporate , i want to let u know that employees like Toya and Devin are what keep me coming back to your store over all others. I had a lot of questions about using my rewards and my gift card and the cashier Devin was patient with me.
even tho he was busy. The service in the deli was just as good. Toya is the one that made my food and it was perfect. She was also very friendly. She smiled which lifted my spirits because I dont see smiles that much anymore in retail. But Toya was so positive. She was fast, efficient and courteous. I thank Royal Farm for hiring people who have positive attitudes and seem to genuinely want to help customers. I know from experience that retail is not the easiest of jobs so when i see employees working hard i appreciate them.”

“Actually went to their dog wash which is great. Large, private room with elevated wash station. There are steps if you have a large pet and they can walk into the wash area. The spray nozzle is a gentle spray. The flow of water stops when you let go of the button. There is a hose dryer with 2 speed settings. The wash area is large. I could wash both of my dogs in there and have plenty of room. There is a big selection of products for their bath. They are in a car wash style selection center. I did the regular shampoo, the oatmeal, and conditioner. My girl dog smells so good now. The dryer was a bit much for her but it did have a strong airflow. I also used the perfume sprayer and it was a barely There fragrance which is wonderful. This was my 1st experience at this dog wash. I will be back! $15 for 15 minutes. Next time I'm bringing both dogs. I can do them both in the 15 min time allotment.”

“I just had the pleasure of taking my car to have the engine steam cleaned at Immaculate Detailing. From the minute I pulled in the manager was so personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. She took my keys, explained what was being done and went right to work. Had a seat in the waiting room and soon after I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jason Conklin, and he shared a video showcasing his son ~ a 17 year old drift car champion!! Again, so personable and very knowledgeable as I wanted to have my care detailed at a later date and we discussed the various options. . When the car was ready [not long at all] the young lady {MGR EXTRAORDINARE}, showed me the engine and it looks BRAND NEW!!! WHAT A GREAT JOB!! In addition, she wiped down the car, cleaned the windows making sure the car looked terrific. Jason walked outside, recommended what had to be done and I booked the detailing for next week. This is a MUST GO for all your car needs~ washing, detailing, etc. SOOOOO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and VERY AFFORDABLE!! Here it is a week later and I just had the car detailed today and it looks brand new!! What a truly remarkable job!! I am absolutely amazed at such a fine job. “Great guy and a great staff. This car wash is my go to everytime my family and I cars need cleaning. O and his staff takes pride in their craft and my cars leave "pristine clean" everytime. They're always prepared with the best materials from different waxes, cleaners, tire dressings and even restores the rubber moldings on my classic car. The picnic tables and seating available while you wait and always great conversation with soft jams playing in the background. My personal favorite washer is Matt who we all affectionly call "Snoop". This guy takes his job seriously and washes my cars to perfection. O is such a stand up guy he now patronize my small business too, simply to show love back in the community. “Have never had any car detailed. Gary picked up my car, and took it tohis detail place, and all I had to do was hand him the keys. He then delivered it back to me. How easy was this!!! The car looks new and boy does it sparkle!!! There were some places on my car around the trunk, that I had really never looked at until Gary pointed them out to me before he took the car, that were very dirty but (again) Gary made them sparkle!!Thanks Gary...for your efficiency and kindness and quality of service. My car (almost 4 years old) really looks brand new. Might do it again after the winter!!”

“This is my favorite do it yourself car wash and less expensive, even for a basic car wash the BMORE WASH $9, compared to other car washes. This includes a free vacuum, which would cost you $3 or more to fully vacuum out your vehicle. They supply you with car safe rags and cleaning supplies for your windows and car inside/out. The only thing I'd wish they had were car freshners, that would put them on top.”

Couldn't justify why I couldn't hose my bicycle down. Wasn't muddy, dusty yes. No traffic is being held up. Not being a nuisance or a bother. Great way to lose four-wheeled traffic. Especially mine.”
