“I went here for breakfast this morning and the two employees that stood out to me deserve recognition. To anyone in corporate , i want to let u know that employees like Toya and Devin are what keep me coming back to your store over all others. I had a lot of questions about using my rewards and my gift card and the cashier Devin was patient with me.
even tho he was busy. The service in the deli was just as good. Toya is the one that made my food and it was perfect. She was also very friendly. She smiled which lifted my spirits because I dont see smiles that much anymore in retail. But Toya was so positive. She was fast, efficient and courteous. I thank Royal Farm for hiring people who have positive attitudes and seem to genuinely want to help customers. I know from experience that retail is not the easiest of jobs so when i see employees working hard i appreciate them.”

“Great place. I discovered it years ago when I was in the Glen Burnie area more. I live in Mount Rainier now, but will head over if I'm out in Crofton/Gambrills. Sunady, Mother's Day 2025, Fred helped me plug a tire that had been punctuated. Free plug and free air. Class. Act. It was my Number 1 car wash before Sunday. Now even more. But all the people working there that I have met over the years have been great. ?????. 5 is my favorite number. So 5 is my max compliment. ?”

“I brought in my old 2014 Subaru Forester with a lot of caked on grime on the console, and I was stunned by what they were able to accomplish with only $28 for interior detailing. That, the carpet vacuuming, and the black ice scent they offered made the car feel new.
I’d been holding off on getting my car detailed thinking it would cost an arm and a leg, but they changed my mind and I will definitely be back!”

“Love this carwash. Staff is great. Only critic is the machine doesn't get the back side of my vehicle very well. Which could be resolved with the operators doing a better job with the brush in the beginning of the wash
Update...
Will no longer be a member at this car wash. As 0f late the last 4 times I've went through this wash it has been bending my mirrors back . I figured maybe it's a one off occurrence.. happened a second time.. so I preceded to inform staff of whats happening and was told they would contact management. I go back again and it happens still , so the young lady working that day called her manager with me right there to talk to her and she assured me that it would be addressed and that maybe folding in my mirror would help. So we tried that and it still hit so hard that it opened my mirror back up and backwards.. this time finally scratching my mirror all up . Apparently the management at this establishment could care less about our expensive investment in our vehicles.. so I will be canceling this evening and advise anyone who cares for their vehicles to do the same... this review is in no way a reflection of the day to day staff .. they are still great and are in no way responsible for the damage.. but the management is another thing .. I've told them 5 times about this issue with zero response..”

I am a transplant from the west coast, and of all the car washes I have been to, I can say confidently it is the best car wash and car detail with extremely reasonable prices. They are extremely detailed and thorough with their work, and the owner is very personable and kind.

“If you're using the self service bay for the first time, take a minute to read all the signs and buttons and figure out what you're supposed to do *before* starting your timer! I had no idea what I was doing, but my car got nice and clean anyway, lol. I'll do better next time. Only $5 for 5 minutes.
The high pressure wash with the soap included was so fast and effective. I'm a smaller person, so I've literally never washed the roof of my car...until today, because the sprayer reaches all the way to the top of the car easily. Next time, I'll bring my own sponge and some towels to dry off my car so I don't have to run the handheld dryer for so long. Thanks for a great, affordable car wash option!”

“I just had the pleasure of taking my car to have the engine steam cleaned at Immaculate Detailing. From the minute I pulled in the manager was so personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. She took my keys, explained what was being done and went right to work. Had a seat in the waiting room and soon after I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jason Conklin, and he shared a video showcasing his son ~ a 17 year old drift car champion!! Again, so personable and very knowledgeable as I wanted to have my care detailed at a later date and we discussed the various options. . When the car was ready [not long at all] the young lady {MGR EXTRAORDINARE}, showed me the engine and it looks BRAND NEW!!! WHAT A GREAT JOB!! In addition, she wiped down the car, cleaned the windows making sure the car looked terrific. Jason walked outside, recommended what had to be done and I booked the detailing for next week. This is a MUST GO for all your car needs~ washing, detailing, etc. SOOOOO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and VERY AFFORDABLE!! Here it is a week later and I just had the car detailed today and it looks brand new!! What a truly remarkable job!! I am absolutely amazed at such a fine job. Couldn't justify why I couldn't hose my bicycle down. Wasn't muddy, dusty yes. No traffic is being held up. Not being a nuisance or a bother. Great way to lose four-wheeled traffic. Especially mine.”

“Ok so I have been coming to this car wash almost religiously now for a while. I have almost never had a problem with things being down, or products not dispensing properly, or with the spots not being clean. In the rare case I couldn't go here, I'd almost always have a problem and immediately remember why I only go to one place specifically. But today, I am writing a review not only for the quality of the services, but for the customer service. I was there today and accidentally dropped my debit card. I didn't realize until hours later. Frantic because I'm going on vacation in two days, I looked on Google praying they had a contact number. They did, I called, and the most awesome guy answered the phone. After calling his two attendants while I was holding on the phone, he confirmed they did in fact have my card. He was nice enough to even meet me immediately, even though at this point it was past 8 at night and he was already home. I can't say thank you enough to both the attendant AND the who I assume was owner for being some seriously awesome people. Definitely go here to wash your car, not only are the services great, the people are awesome too and that's an extremely rare thing at a self service car wash. Will definitely NEVER go anywhere else to wash my car again. 10/10”

“Does a great job. The final outcome greatly depends on the vehicle owner, and how you care for your vehicle. If your vehicle has embedded dirt on it from never being washed much, you need to get that off. “Have never had any car detailed. Gary picked up my car, and took it tohis detail place, and all I had to do was hand him the keys. He then delivered it back to me. How easy was this!!! The car looks new and boy does it sparkle!!! There were some places on my car around the trunk, that I had really never looked at until Gary pointed them out to me before he took the car, that were very dirty but (again) Gary made them sparkle!!Thanks Gary...for your efficiency and kindness and quality of service. My car (almost 4 years old) really looks brand new. Might do it again after the winter!!”

“They do great job for the price, I have a 3 row seating SUV and for complete inside/ outside/ wheels/ air freshener for 31$! Can’t beat it…. But the vacuum people sometimes give me a hard time when I ask them not to move the drivers seat cause it’s broken ( only works when it wants to), but other then that, great place!!!”
