When corporate post the drive through hours, the drive through should be open on Saturday; especially when there are 4 or 5 people working that morning when I went inside after I had to take my dogs home because I did not want to leave them in truck when it's hot outside. The Drive-Thru hours should be followed by what corporate set it for. It should not be just Monday to Friday, should be Mon to Sat.

I have to drive out the way to come to this bank. I tried to make a cash deposit using the atm due to it being after hours. I put 24 $20’s, 1 $10, 1 $5, and 5 $1 which totaled $500. The first attempt the atm only counted $480. I tried again but instead put the 24 in $20 which totals $400 in the atm. This time the atm counted $460. I will record every time I make a cash deposit to atm moving forward out but this is inconvenient.

The service and attitude of the one bigger girl in the lobby this morning made me want to close my account. I'm not going to but definitely thought hard about it made me sad because I'm such a polite person

I had to stop in there to take care of some things and, the employees there was really cool and professional. The didn't give me any problems at all they help me with my issue. I really do like this bank to be honest I started off with my 1st credit card with them then I open a checking account, then a savings account I did all that on my app setting my accounts up. Bank is one of my favorites out there with chime and they are really professional. When I walk in I ft nothing but good vibes a d energy there. They didn't try to con me I to nothing just straight helped me with my problem ... Definitely prefer this bank in my top 4 im going say.

Worst bank in Maryland. I have complained to corporate about this but just getting worse. I have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes in drive through everytime I go there. I sent someone to deposit a check for me and the bank would not allow them because the name on their drivers license it was not the account. I finally go inside and have to wait just a long to make it worse, they had 2 employees and only one customer. Also they had Spanish music blaring on the radio to the point that we could not even speak with raising our voices to hear even other.

Might not be the fastest but they do help you and attend to every customer. The best interest rates out there.
Definitely does not look like the bank pic on TV.

Karla gave misleading information telling me my cash payment would go to the principal as long as my auto loan account is up to date, but when I called they let me know it would not automatically do that and it would go towards payments. I will have to keep calling till it post and hope I can fix the issue. As of now they’ve just taken my money and given me misinformation.
