We just came from ARM Motors and purchased a very nice truck. The truck is immaculate Inside and outside we got a really good deal if anyone is looking for a truck, I definitely would recommend them. We’ve already called one of our friends who are looking for one and gave them the info. Our salesman was very nice and explained everything in full detail.

Ladies. If you need to buy a car but you're afraid of another unfair or condescending experience, go see Vardan Ayrumyan and Debruyn Cedeno at ARM Motors in Dundalk, MD. I cannot tell you how many times I've left a dealership feeling defeated and frustrated, simply because some dude felt it was ok to treat me like crap because I didn't have a man with me. Great experience. Great and very aggressive pricing to keep up with the market. Very friendly staff. Even with debruyn being the only sales staff in he still held down the fort and got everyone in and out quick and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy.

Better check title and paper work. Sold me a $32000 truck and the title has a lean on it, so who really owns the truck? Not me or ARM Motors. Illegal?

I bought a truck and was fortunate enough to be able to pay cash and get a fair deal. The sales person was attentive and competent and the purchase happened quickly. There was a deal reached regarding the quanlity of the tires and both parties agreed that ARM would install similar tires that were in better condition. We agreed that ARM had a good reputation and would satisfy the deal so both parties were satisfied. I reached out via phone and email and text. I was told that a third party would reach out to me and we could arrange for the tire installation and ARM would reimburse them per a business transaction/agreement. Today after weeks and weeks of back and forth I was told that the agreement had expired after 30 days and they are unfortunately not going to honor the agreement. The time has exceeded 30 days but I reached out in time. This business misled me and has not honored the agreement.
