2 star for nice employees. But why have rewards if every time the screen pops up for me to get a dollar off, they skip right over it before I can select yes. If you don't want me to get a buck off, don't offer rewards.

Nothing against the employees but why is it 100 degrees inside? Too uncomfortable for anyone to be in there.

Something has to be done with the employees here. Saturday and Sunday ring donuts are 6 for 6 dollars. Saturday the sign was up displaying the sale. Sunday sign removed and when I asked the older man working around 1pm he stated the sale was over. Forgetting that could have challenged that using my app I went along with what he said. Buying 2 ring donuts and using my points to get 1 free.
Low and behold I went today and the sign has reappeared ? . I've had good experiences here but I've also had bad experiences here but this one takes the cake.

was told this location does not cook after a certain time but i work overnights in the neighborhood and had came into this store multiple times to get food and never had an issue before having them cook

I visited this location today for free slurpee day the small cups were behind the counter therefore you had to wait in line to receive the cup. There was a table blocking the machines and i was served by 2 children a little girl who appeared to be about 10/12 yrs old and a little boy who looked to be about 14. I have never been served by minors on free slurpee day and the store was absolutely filthy in and out. these children had to be related to a store employee because they didn't even appear to be the age for a youth summer job. With all the promotion for slurpee day the process should have been standard self serve with the cups at the drink dispensers. the entire experience was unorganized and dirty

I'm new to the area, and live right around the corner from this 7-11 location. I've never gotten the young man's name, and I never do reviews, but I have to give credit where it's due (I hope this doesn't fall upon deaf ears. I was in the store today about 2:30-ish).He's about 20-ish, with dirty blonde/light brown hair (long-ish). Every time I'm in the store he's the same polite, kind, helpful person. I know I can be a pain in the a** with all my questions (with being new to the area), but he never hesitates to help. I believe if more businesses had employees like him, their customer service ratings would go through the roof!!! I just felt that this needed to be shared. And, he needed to be acknowledged. Thank you.

I always meet my son there after school, then we walk inside to grab a snack n a slurp this old white looking like bulldog always says check your bag to my son like he is stealing, then she she yells at my son today check your bag his school lunch box is small ( my purse is bigger then his lunch box) stay away from old racist lady
