I wanted to leave no stars..service was trifling from the leadership on down. Very unprofessional and NOT the "Wells Fargo" customer service I'm used to. Sad because I know a few DMs in the area who would love to hear about this : )

Terrible customer service, went in to have some changes and teller took my money give me half and told me to wait for the rest of the changes , I waited after 10 mins of wait I asked the teller how long does it still need to take for the rest of my Changes she told me 5 more mins but both teller in the front were assisting other people’s and I told her I don’t have time to wait , she just handed me rest of the money back with bad attitude and told me we have no one to get rest of your changes for you but they have time for other customers! Why didn’t you tell me in the first place ? Ha! With Wells Fargo over more than 15 years never had this terrible customer service before !

Worse bank ever the manager is so rude and ignorant as hell I don’t recommend anyone going in there… Im trying to cash my check they had me wait around for an hour then come back with a stink attitude talking about go somewhere else didn’t even talk to me right… she is so racist or something but they all rude in there only one girl was nice in there

Called to ask questions about cashing a check and this rude lady hung up on me. I was literally being friendly...I just got paid how do you make that a bad experience is beyond me

I will withdraw money from my business account and do I need one dollar note or 5 dollar note or any other note but why should I pay more for that?This morning I went to the Wells Fargo Bank Silver Hill rd District Heights branch in Maryland and they didn't give me my money for extra fee..Now my question is to Wells Fargo above officials, did I make a mistake in opening an account in your bank?????

I wish there were zero stars. They closed our business account for an address issue. An issue that we spoke about and updated in the branch with the banker. It’s been over a month since the accounts were closed and we have yet to receive our money. Don’t waste your time here or Wells Fargo. Employees need better training.

Just cannot get anyone on the phone at that branch. Consumers are paying in more ways than 1 since COVID. Having to wait in long lines everywhere unnecessarily. Raise your min wage Wells Fargo so you can hire staff.

Very unprofessional branch hate to say it but go to Oxon Hill or VA. The manager Berta, should not be in charge of anything. She is rude and, unwilling to listen, very defensive from the start. They are understaffed and aren't knowledgeable of the bank's processes; will tell you anything. If you call customer support, they'll say, "I don't know why they told you that." No one cares and looking at previous comments, nothing is being done. I guess it's expected?

Unprofessional. I walked in, no one leading the lobby to assist customers or clients. Then a woman with short hair comes out, asks what we needed help with. I needed a debit card and to add my husband to my account. She asked if we had an appointment and we said no. She then told us to go online and make an appointment. Then I had to ask if we'd be able to still be seen, and she said it depends on if anything is available. She clearly didn't care to help, make eye contact, nothing. Just, Unprofessional.

I went to this establishment to cash a $105 check issued to me by my employer. The day prior, my Supervisor Mike went to this same bank to cash a similar lager check. I was told by Ms. Lopez that there would be a $7.00 processing fee because I am not an account Holder. I called Mike regarding the fee and he stated he wasn't charged a fee. When I spoke with the manager (Samantha), she was rude along with Ms. Lopez. Not good service!
