Don't do online orders here. The process is smooth anywhere else but here. You'll place a same day delivery with adequate time, it won't be fulfilled, they won't cancel so next thing you know there's an order sitting outside while you're at work - THE NEXT DAY. Tried a different option for curbside pickup. No one came out after 20 mins. Already not feeling well, I call in to cancel so I can lay down. Girl gave me the smart "it cancels after three days". I told her this situation was different because I marker that I was there. Please confirm... she got smart. As soon as I finally close my eyes, I get alerts that the order was PICKED UP. Now I'm getting the whole ring around the rosy with the phones and trying to get confirmation or a refund or bag the order back up so I can get it. Left on hold. I have a feeling I'm going to take a $50 loss here so I just emailed corporate because the " chat" is useless. Scripted responses.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They don't communicate anything to patients, if there is any issue with your prescription, they won't say anything until you give them a call, if you're lucky enough to get through. I'm writing this review as I'm standing here in front of the pharmacy. I called two days ago and the person told me to call tomorrow to run the prescription. I called the next day to run it, they told me on the phone, "your insurance went through. It should be ready by 5pm". Well it wasn't ready at 5pm, the app said "out of stock, should be ready the next day by 5:45pm". It wasn't ready the next day so I decided to call, after waiting for 20 mins, someone finally answered. I gave them my name and they said hold on, I then waited for another 10 mins, then the phone started to ring, then it hung up. I called back and also decided to go to the store since it's so close to me. I called back and been on hold for now 30 mins. I'm on hold while also waiting for my prescription, I told the lady my name and she's preparing it right now. No one has never answered the phone since I've been here, literally in front of them. As I'm standing here I also receive a notification that my prescription is being processed via the Walgreens app, two mins later, I get a call and a notification from the app saying that it's ready to be picked up. I hung up at the 33 min mark. This is ridiculous, these people need some serious customer service training. They aren't nasty people, fairly nice tbh. But the customer service is the bottom of the barrel. GET THIS DAMN PLACE SOME HELP!

This Walgreens hours of operation listed in the store front window, need to be re-aligned properly. Some of the shelves were empty but staff were restocking items. This store was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Workers wearing durags and nasty attitudes, super unprofessional and ignore customers. Worker stocking the store, listening to music will run you over without a, excuse me.Workers will also gossip about customers. Please Don’t come here.

It's 10:52 pm and it said it's open but the employee closed the store early just to not get anymore customers. Ya should really be more honestly with your store hours not make people waste their time driving so far to a store that said it's close at 11pm not 10:52pm .

Yes sometimes the pharmacy lines are long but I have never experienced bad customer service as far as attitude and being rude. They've all been very very nice to me even greeting me at the door every time.

Either the ATM shorted me $20 or I gave the cashier an extra $20 by mistake (the $20’s were fresh out of the ATM, so they were sticking together). Either way, I lost $20 here and I’m annoyed.

Hello, I was just at your Walgreens on Silver Hill Road in Maryland filling a prescription which has me to wait a long period of time at least over 45 minutes and while waiting I had to use the restroom and unfortunately this facility does not have the key "so they say" to the public's restroom. That's unacceptable especially if there's a long wait for someone to get their prescription.
