If I could give no stars I would! The Pharmacy is extremely unprofessional and customers/patients are NOT their priority. I came in for a vaccine, and was told I had to make an appointment.. I made the appointment, went a few minutes early just for the young man to ask his supervisor if she "felt like doing vaccines" just for her to act as if they were all out. She then told me (the supervisor) to come back two days later but call first to make sure they have them... WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE APPOINTMENT? Sad part is these vaccines are to help make things better for everyone...

I would like to personally shout out an employee named Monica. I tried 3 surrounding Walgreens and no one tried to assist. Monica went above and beyond and never complained. She made sure my order was completed in time for my event. I wanted to publicly thank her for her professionalism and prompt attention. She's one of your best employees and everyone should follow suit

The Walgreens in Landover Road is the worst. You should have a choice on receiving a hard copy receipt or receiving it digitally. Within minutes of realizing I made the wrong purchase I tried to exchange an item. I couldn't exchange it because I didn't have a receipt. The guy that waited on me was making a purchase in another line. I acknowledged him and asked did he remember me because I didn't get a receipt. He said yes and left. The person waiting on him is now waiting on me. I explained the situation and said that this was my first time at Walgreens. I was informed after the fact that you have to look at a screen and confirm within a short period of time if you want a hard copy. If you don't it goes to your email. What is the time frame of this because it wasn't in my email and the amount was already taken from my account. I was informed by the store that within minutes of making a purchase there was nothing they could do to get a copy of my receipt. The customer service has a lot to be desired and could definitely use retraining and how to retrieve receipts.

Don't fill your prescriptions here. They are slow and unprofessional. Pharmacy staff seem to be bothered instead of wanting to help.

112021. DO NOT GET YOUR COVID BOOSTER SHOT HERE. Very unorganized. I even pre registered through the Covid website. Recieved shot at 1530hrs. Appt was 1445. Needs more pharmacist cashiers

I arrived at Walgreen on Silver Hill Road at 7:30 in the morning asking where is a certain merchandise and she says and I'll 20 1920 at the end what do you mean the end is when you come down the aisle that's the end and then she turned around and gossip about me to the customer and then I am she was nasty to when I got up to the register I told her dad I apologize if I offended you as she didn't say a word or anything I said when you told me at the end I thought you meant down the aisle where it used to be known as Wiaan when Rite Aid was here. I don't like her attitude when I came to the register to check out and at the end after I told her if I offended you. She decided to still be nasty but the idea was she offended me because she supposed to be serving me as a customer and not gossip about me to another customer

This is the worst place!I set an appt to take my COVID test at 11:30am. The paperwork ask you to come early. I sat in line for over an hour! Versus checking me in and handing over the testing materials, he opted to get on the phone for 10 mins. This place does not know how to properly manage time, nor do they care about the time of their customers. I will never visit this Walgreens again and I truly regret not going back to CVS to get my test done…

You have to count your pills especially your pain pills. Always missing 1-3 pills. Because of this I have my pain pills filled at the Walgreens in Clinton.

When you call to inquire about prescriptions in the pharmacy they put you on speaker phone and do not take you off even if you ask them to. You can hear all the other customers and all of their business as well.
