I have shopped at this Target for many years as I live in close proximity. I can honestly say, I've never had any bad experiences until this year. Unfortunately, all because of Calvin, Jahniya and the security staff.First of all, Calvin is the most unprofessional, immature, confrontational, lazy, gossiping, lying, disrespectful employee I've ever met. He doesn't want to work and always have an attitude. When he know you're going to file a complaint against him with management he will go to security and make false accusations against you, which is dangerous, unsettling and unacceptable. He plays the victim and is the initiator, and covers it up very well.Jahniya, will involve herself and defend colleagues when there in situations with a customer. She will become aggressive and confrontational towards the customer. She even almost ran a pushing cart into me while I was talking to Kenzie, Asset Protection Manager because of her bad attitude. She would've If I didn't move out of the way.The security staff is extremely unprofessional, inexperienced and incompetent. They will approach you very aggressively based off of lies and will not ask what happened before asking you to leave, which is unprofessional, embarrassing, humiliating, unacceptable and absurd.Target really needs to look into the poor conduct of these employees and complaints made against them. Their aggression and lies is extremely concerning. They are definitely a liability. At this time, I will not be going back to this location as I am extremely concerned about my well being.

Horrible customer service from some, not all, of the cashiers right down to management. It's truly ashame I have to travel outside of my community to get decent customer service. There are too many instances where I've experience horrible customer service and a lack of professionalism for me to even mention them all. It's clear the lack of customer service is a reflection of poor management at this location.

this store is soooooooooo ghetto. the freaking employees are ghetto and everyone is either slow or high. I hate having to go to this Target you never get any assistance with what you're looking for and if you do which is rare cause the young people that they hire is either hiding or to high to direct you in the right direction. it's just an all around awful experience... Don't go don't buy any outta this store.

What else can you say about Target but that it is one of the most AMAZING places to shop! Everything from food, clothes, toys, makeup, electronics, books, furniture and more under one roof. Truly one stop shopping.If you have a Red card you can shop and get a 5 percent discount on the total price of your purchases. Disclaimer- have a budget as you are likely to buy more then you wen there to get. Well. . . maybe that is just me!One of my all-time faves!

Horrible store! Employees were very unfriendly. One employee was walking down an isle cussing up a storm over another employee being "lazy". Totally get the frustration but, she needs to handle that with a manager or supervisor. The employee at the carts was horribly rude and unfriendly. And the store itself, is a mess. Worst target I've ever been to.

Just stopped in to pick up a few things . Thought I'd grab some Starbucks but nobody was there . An associate told me the person working might be on a break but they weren't sure . I said ok cool, i just get something on the way out. Finished my shopping only to find the line all the way to cosmetics bc there only one register and one self check out open. I asked the associate near self check out why were there only 2 lines open ....she said 3 of the self check outs were broken and she didn't have anyone to work registers. Then she tried to check me out on a hand held ....that was declining my card . Had to go to another lane to be checked out all over again, but it was cool. After I checked out, I walked back over to Starbucks ....the lady working looks at me and goes ....."I'm closed" mind you it's 4:30pm. I asked what time they close she said 8, but today they're closing early bc there's no one to work, and she can't make my drink bc she's making drinks for the customers that were in line before she closed . Throw this target away lol

Customer Service in the pharmacy is lacking to say the least!! I made an appointment for my son to get his vaccine, I confirmed and came 30mins before. 45 mins later we were still waiting. The pharmacy tech tells me she doesn't see my appointment, I show her the confirmation! All she keeps saying is she's by herself, mind you I understand but that's not my problem. It's Saturday and Target should have staffed better. After being patient with 2 little kids in tow she decides to catch an attitude with me. I kept my cool because my kids are with me. However, she kept acting like she couldn't find my insurance yet I gave her my insurance card, then she asks my my child's social as if I was really going to give it to her! I tell her none of that is even needed! The damn vaccine is free, he has insurance and a appointment that was confirmed. Give us the vaccine so we can go!!! 1 hour later and we are still waiting! Can I say this was beyond piss poor! I made the easy appointment to avoid waiting. Completely pointless!!! Target was got to either get better staff or hire more people! Ridiculous

My review isn't against the store itself but about a male employer that tends to stand by the exit. The first time this man approached me as I was walking out my with 5 yr old next to me. He asked me if he could take me out on a date. Yes, a fully dressed Target employee approached me to ask me out while on the clock. I kept walking. Today I went to this target again. All is good in the store until I am about to out the cart back where the others are. I didn't recognize him until I saw him harrass to ladies walking out of the store. This man literally placed his body next to this ladies and whispered something on their ears while the ladies are just trying to leave the store. This is beyond unprofessional! I went to my car and called the store, asked to speak to the supervisor and I formed her of the behavior her employee is demonstrating while on the clock. I hope they take action to avoid this type of behavior to continue to happen.

I worked here last year. First off, Diamond, the previous HR, was rude as hell when it came to my job. Second, being at a register for 8 hours a day and told that I wasn't able to drink my water bottle is an absolute no. Customers were often rude when you're trying to be nice. I got so tired of pushing the target red card on people because of it being so time consuming, it held up the lines. 30 minute lunch break is absolutely not enough. And you guys claimed to be hiring to only find out you're seasonal (this was mostly Diamonds doing because she thought she could test me with that booty). And anytime I visit there, they have no cashiers and previous friends from there tell me everyone is gone and they have no people. I already have a job, but that's disappointing. Fire me for what, a bag of Doritos?

Initially, I had a positive experience with the man that was assisting my mother and I as we shopped for a TV. They were low on stock, due to Christmas and such, so we ended up getting a TV slightly larger than what we intended, but that was fine. The problem began after I brought the TV into the house, only to discover that the TV we paid $450+ for was not the same as the TV in the box and there's more, the TV in the box was shattered. The store than denied giving us a refund or exchanging the TV, saying that the television had never been in their system. Terrible experience, will not be going back.

I had to pop on here to give HUGE kudos to Trenton (who was working customer service) and Vanessa (working as cashier). Wow. It's a shame that I was so taken aback, but they were both so attentive, so kind, so polite, and smiled the whole time. I had two atypical requests and needs (just a coincidence that I had two in one day in the same store) - and both handled all my questions and resolved the issues amazingly and so smoothly. They really should serve as the gold standard for all the employees. I never thought I would come to Yelp to write a review about a visit to Target, but these two employees absolutely deserved a shout out. Thank you Trenton and Vanessa.
