They lock the doors at this location so, if you want to come in the store you have to wait until someone lets you in. They stereotype everyone that enters the store. I will not go to this location again.

i would give these place a 0 if i could. i came to purchase a phone and the women that help me her name was katt. i was never asked if i wanted a screen protector, phone case, and the adapter to the charger. i get home and i look in the t moblie bag and i see a otter-box case, screen protector, and a adapter???? you don't do no s*** like that bro . you ask people if they want those things. mind you i never seen this b**** put that s*** in the bag. managers you need to train your team members correctly fr. do not come here i repeat unless you want to be charge for stuff that you dont want.

Let me start off by saying I typically don't go to a place last minute, but today was an exception due to the circumstances around me trying to get my mom a new phone after everything of hers got stolen. So we arrive here at 7:45pm 15 minutes before close and the door is locked to discourage anyone from coming in last minute.We came here for a oneplus nord n20 5g that was listed in stock by online availability and they waited until 2 minutes before all stores close that they were out of stock. Effectively wasting our time and gas, and my mom's still put of a phone and now she's currently contemplating switching to Verizon after this very terrible experience

After being with Sprint for so many years I finally fully switched to TMobile.. WORST choice I could've ever made.1. I got there at 10am and didn't leave until 12:15 pm!!! It didn't take that long to buy a new car!!! A device that was supposed to be free actually was..but the rep neglected to tell me there was a monthly price... and what that price was. I am extremely unhappy I will be taking my business to At&t or Verizon. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!????PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

The worst experience ever, I left this store with two new phone which I agree to with purchase but the promotional item was added to my bill with a $100.00 charge each per speaker and monthly fee which was not explain to me when I purchase of the phones. It's been months trying to resolve this matter on the phone and at the store. The sad thing about this is the young man that handle this purchase said he was sorry for not explaining the promotion of the speakers. I feel robbed and T=mobile have not tried to resolve this matter for 4 months. The sad thing about T-Mobile is that I have been with them since my first phone and this disrespect I will not tolerate. Bye t-mobile. ...

I went to this location on Wednesday May 12 to switch phones from my iPhone 12 to Samsung due to my iPhone was giving me problems the worker Isiah was the guy who helped me the door was locked so had to wait for him to unlock the door then he said I was making a mistake switching and basically I'm wrong but at the end of the day it's my money that I'm spending. Then as he assisting me he talking to his co worker about how much his check is $1000 or so then with commissions it's $2100 no customer needs to know that of business at that point I'm uncomfortable. Then he explains about the mother's day promotion on the watched so I said once we finished this order can you let me know what my portion I will have to put down for the watch at that time I was switching my apple line and getting a samsung line he immediately told me no he can't do kept giving excuses and etc I said well you didn't even try or didn't call customer service get some help at that I had to spend additional time on the phone with 611 to order my watch line and was told the store can and could have helped me get the watch that I wanted to get. Tonight I learned a valuable lesson and sad to say out of the years I have been with T Mobile this has been the WORST service I have ever had. A waste of time and energy. Isiah is the worse worker at t mobile needs better training especially if he's a manager.

I went to this location...not helpful at all! Went in to get assistance with a repair on a phone and was told the person was not there....and no clue on when they would be there. I asked when they were supposed to be there the answer was when the store opens..... associate didn't apologize just let me leave.... very disappointing!

I had a terrible experience here. The store rep was confused and it’s been hell fixing his mistake. I don’t recommend coming here because the hassle to get it corrected makes no sense. I understand mistakes happen but you should be working on behalf of the customer not yourself.

This had to be one of the best experiences I’ve had at a phone store, period. Both Dariel and Donte were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service exceeded my expectations.
